I cannot imagine how if the minors winning the jackpot. What they will do because I think they need to verify if they are already 18 years old. I don't think that the casino will accept that and give the money since they are still young.

As what i have also observed here in our country. There i have encountered an old woman which i guess her age were around 65-70 years old who were still betting in a lottery. Well at that time i didn't care at all why such an old woman still trying to figure out her luck on winning on it. But then now i just realize that lottery officials should take seriously what could be the possible outcomes if ever such an old woman or man win. Most of the older people who keeps spending on lotteries begin it from the young age. In my opinion it isn't addiction. From the young age onwards it has termed to be a habit to spend regularly on lotteries. Even now in my locality there are people in the age of 25-35 spending regularly on lottery.
