I can already see governments creating new rules to forbid people with heart diseases from playing on the lottery, saying it's for their own good.

Its not like that people financial conditions get better just through winning jackpots or lottery and your submitted options are only applicable for real life situation. Die rich is too generous as an idea.  Sacrifice your life just to give wealth to your family.  I think for life or death matters, I choose to live even in the present condition and try to rise up to escape poverty.  Because for me a poor person is a person who is lacking in trying so that his life never changes.  The results don't betray effort?  why should choose to win the lottery for wealth.  The fact is that the rich people because of the lottery are only 1: 1,000,000,000.  What for?
