This forum operates in a way new members are given chances to rank up, but most new members are bounty hunters while only few are good posters, and the good posters rank up. I have gone through your profile and see you as a bounty hunter too, that is why your post is not quality enough, please permit me to use that. You register since 2018 and see the topic you have created not to mind your other posts which are about bounties.
https://i.imgur.com/mf3Xk0a.pngNew members that are posting quality and authentic posts will rank up because he or she will receive merit but what most bounty accounts can not do. I do not know if you are referring to yourself indirectly but you still have chances to rank up always, if you do more researches most especially about bitcoin, and also about other cryptocurrencies and be active in some other boards on this forum. If you learn about this, and learn about this forum very well, and posts like how other newbies ranking up are posting you will be able to rank up, you might even post better than them which will give you more chances to rank up as soon as possible but first learn to determine this.
I'm sorry, sir. I mean this

Bitcoin Forum > Remove Proxyban
Your IP address has previously been used for evil on this forum, or it is a known proxy/VPN/Tor exit node, so you are required to pay a small fee before you are able to post messages or send PMs. You can still use all of the read-only features without paying.
Your account contains 3.72 units of evil. To atone, you must pay a total of 0.00000349 bitcoins (0.00349 mBTC; 349 satoshi). Pay to the address 3BhEcufY9TwjNYvE3KMJg9Zjc1vS4opsAm. Once you have paid the full amount, wait a few seconds and then reload this page. If the fee is so small that your wallet is unable to send it, you can send any larger amount, though you will not be refunded the difference.
Alternatively, any forum staff member and some other notable members can manually whitelist you. Paying the fee is probably easier/quicker, though.
If you find any bugs in this system, email pbbugs-...@.... For example, send email here if your payment is not registered an hour after sending it. (Note: exchanges often do not actually send transactions until long after you submit a withdrawal.) The mere fact that payment is required for your IP address is never a bug. You will be permanently banned if you send email here requesting free whitelisting.
People commonly say, "I haven't posted anything before, so why on Earth am I banned?" You are not banned. Your IP address was previously used for evil, so everyone who uses that IP address has to pay this registration fee.
You can also pay via grin.
