UNI could surpass BNB in rank on coinmarketcap but is there something to achieve from the rank? They are both crypto exchange coins, one is centralized (BNB) and the other ( UNI ) is decentralized, if you are thinking of investing it's better to buy both

I wouldn't suggest to invest on a coin launched by exchanges because the price/worth is based on the exchanges reputation. If the reputation is good, popular and trusted, the coin will have high value and vice versa.

As we can know many exchanges already got hacked from past until now and still counting Hacked Exchanges since 2011

Before thinking of buying any coin always know you can never predict the future price, thus prepare your mind towards what you want to gain as well as any unforeseen risks. Now in the case of these two coins, first they are both exchange coins from different categories of exchanges, that is, UNI is from a decentralized exchange while BNB is from a centralized exchange, that is to say, just as Binance is the best centralized exchange hence making BNB very strong, in the same way, Uniswap is currently the best decentralized exchange and thus making UNI very strong. Therefore, with more projects going for Uniswap first for listing as seen nowadays, it will continue to increase the value of the coin and might make it to surpass BNB, but also know it might not surpass BNB for long, because the BNB team have their own way of promoting their coin.
Therefore, I believe holding any of them is good and if you can or have more funds, then you can also buy both and hold.

There's a lot more stored for Uniswap and they have become the frontrunner of Decentralized Exchange, there's a possibility that UNI token will surpass Binance Token and be on the top 10 in the standing they have become relevant just last this year, and they have become more relevant now because of the emergence of DeFi's, 2021 onwards will become a banner year for UNI.

If UNI succeeds in surpassing BNB, then indeed public interest in the UNi token is very good. The token users must see that the future potential of this token will be  good, so they choose to use the UNI token than BNB.

I don't think UNI will surpass BNB at the moment, but UNI has pretty good potential to compete with BNB.
If in the future the uniswap exchange is widely used and its reputation is getting better, it may surpass BNB.

That is, if Uniswap will sustain the interest of traders. This early, one major problem that traders is facing with is the high trading fees. This is the reason why I am hearing other dex platforms to be better over Uni. Now, if UNI will not resolve their fee problems, in time, traders will go to other DEXs with competitive fees. And comparing the number of users in centralized exchanges like BNB, I think it is hard to beat centralized ones because there are a lot of centralized coins to cater with, that you can't find in DEX platforms.

In the matter of comparison the progress of UNI seems much faster than BNB not sure how long UNI keeps its current momentum basically it's all depends on the performance of Uniswap exchange which is brilliant so far and Uniswap exchange seems capable to give brilliant performance constantly so on this basis I think UNI may surpass BNB.

No doubt it has shown very impressive performance  during the past one year and only during past one month it surged more than 200%  but I don't think it will surpass or reach near  BNB in coming weeks and months. BNB is backed by Binance which is leading world exchange in respect of volume and liquidity and Binance Team has created very good use case of BNB.

It's quite difficult to be achieved consider binance has various utility usage but UNI is still a governance token. That means if UNI needs develop more good features to be used by people and then there will be FOMO for uni.
It seems like that UNI is starting to increase from time to the time.

When BNB showed steep growth (regardless of market trend), BINANCE was the only interesting exchange. Now everything has gone to DEX, which means that the UNI token is now also in trend. I am sure that the capitalization of the token will soon enter the TOP-10 coinmarket cap, perhaps even overtake BNB!

according to my analysis, UNI has the same pattern as BNB. so I think UNI will be the next BNB coin in the future. UNI looks like when the first BNB was released. As long as the Uniswap exchange is still popular, the opportunity for UNI to become the next BNB is enormous.

To be completely honest - I don't think UNI will become next BNB, simply because BNB itself is not going anywhere.
UNI may become a way stronger competitor to BNB as it shows signs of bull run and service itself is thriving for the last year.

Yes binance got hacked once times on 2019 and they can recover it since the loss is less than the profit they got before. What if the hacker steal all funds on Binance? they will not able to recover the loss just like Mt Gox.

Binance are more risky rather than UNISWAP because Uniswap is decentralized and don't hold our funds in their hot wallet. There's no way a hacker can reach the central wallet except they know the vulnerability in the code just like bisq problem here https://bisq.network/statement-security-vulnerability-april-2020

UNI doesn't have the technologies required to be in place of BNB as of today. BNB is the gas used for transactions on Binance Smart Chain but UNI is just a coin of UNISWAP which I don't know if it is of Ecosystem.
UNI increases in price is for series of activities by the team. BNB team seem sleeping when other projects are driving their prices up. We can see that the price isn't that well despite the bull run experienced in the recent time.

We cannot say anything what will happen in the market. However, I cannot deny that both has a potential to give a nice volume
in the market. Due to their differences was definitely impressive when they do movement in the graph. But of course, I am glad to invest to both of them because I know in the future it can give a lot of profit to me for sure.

whats the deal ? maybe for me its not a huge deal because i treat both coins ordinary but for you that can be life changing if you admire  either of the two coins but if you ask me if uni coin can be the next bnb , it can .

it can replace the spot of bnb but not the use of bnb  . they are not compatible to completely replace each other . you cant use uniswap coin on binance exchange  and you cant use binance coin on uni exchanhe

I did not expect that UNI would be able to reach the 14$ mark in such a short time, I certainly expected that uni would be trading at 7-8$, since the uniswap exchange is now in great demand at the same level as binance, but I did not expect that big players would have such a demand for the purchase of UNI, of course, I think very few people this expected, but of course I think that after such growth UNI will be able to grow in price to new heights in the future, so BNB and UNI are now competitors, as they are next to each other.

You're right although BNB is obviously the one to flourished even more in the future, we cannot underestimate what the UNI developers can do cause they're doing everything to promote their program. It's best to invest in such kind of coins where they will have some outstanding sacrifice to promote their coins and the fruit of their patients and perseverance can be seen in their successful marketing strategy which makes them one of the strongest and trusted exchanges that ever exist in the crypto industry.
