Ten years is a long time to evaluate how the market goes, in the last ten years we have seen coins that looks promising never fulfilling and it can happen in the future, right now there are problems in the network and they are proposing plans to mitigate the issues and only time will tell whether they can overcome the network issues and there are many competitors and who knows a new platform pops up with a much better solution than ETH.

I have always believed that Ethereum has much more advantages than Bitcoin, both in terms of technical characteristics and functionality, it is far superior to Bitcoin. In any case, one can argue about future prices for a very long time, even after conducting an in-depth analysis, but one can definitely answer that it is decentralized financing that is a very strong factor for the greater success of Ethereum in the future.

It truly troublesome to anticipate the cost of Ethereum in cryptocurrency. The improvement of cryptocurrency innovation is without a doubt exceptionally quick, I think it all depend on the law of supply and demand. No doubt now crypto is more popular than past decade and it will be more excited upcoming decade,The adoption of Ether rising and used for Defi Projects.May be Defi will die but still new coins will be launched on Ether network.

The average transaction price right now is 2$-3$, it has come down to normal. The price of ETH has come down to 1450$ from its all-time high of 2000$+. The fluctuation is not sudden but it's too much in a short period of time for a project like Ethereum. If the price of ETH goes above 0.05 in BTC pair then I would say that the people will be more interested in it and might shoot to the moon sooner or later.

The competition is growing every year, we can't expect every changes on what will be the consequences. On the positive side about eth, the span of 10 years is enough to consider maturity stage if it's price so I would have to expect $10k achievement. If we're able to reach that stage, I think long terms holders will have the perfect time to harvest their fruits of labor.
$10k for 1 Ethereum? I dont think that would ever happen. Ethereum does not grow that quick to reach 10k in 10 years. It took three years to increase ATH from 1400 to 2000, and now it looks like Ethereum has run out of power to grow. If the story repeats, than in about 3 year Ethereum would cost $3k, and by the end of 10 years about $5k, but only if they would fix fees issues and release some major upgrades (like Ethereum 2.0, but not like Constantinople).

It is difficult to predict the price of ETH with certainty for the next 10 years, if you look at the current development of ETH I am sure ETH will reach approximately $ 10k in 10 years, of course the development team must pay attention to all aspects for ETH growth, in order to keep up with the development of the crypto currency market ,,,,

Ethereum as the best altcoins will definitely go up in price, and I believe the Ethereum price in the next 10 years will be above the price of $ 5000. Therefore it is very profitable to collect Ethereum starting now, so don't hesitate to buy Ethereum from now. But Ethereum is currently in trouble with quite high gas fees. If the gas fees can be lowered, I believe it will be very difficult for other coins to beat Ethereum.

If Bitcoin hit $50,000 after just over a decade then at that stage Ethereum will be doing very well ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Ethereum could go 6 digits and Bitcoin could be 7-8 digits on the futures as many more are adopting and getting into the boat/rocket

Despite the "De-Fi" hype coming to a halt, Ethereum's popularity has been increasing at a fast pace. The price per ETH is certainly a lot higher than what it was 1-2 years ago. New "De-Fi" projects and tokens are being built on the Ethereum blockchain, even with the high fees and slow transaction confirmation times. If ETH keeps rising in popularity, I'd imagine prices would be a lot higher than what they are right now. Who knows what will happen ten years from now? A full-fledged PoS version of ETH would've become a reality by then, enabling greater transaction capacity and a slight reduction in fees. I'm starting to wonder, how much will ETH be worth (in USD) in a decade? Will it be $5k, $10k, or $15k per coin? Based on your predictions, why do you think ETH will reach such prices? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) The world today has about 10 billion people, if the average population growth is 1%, compared to the era of cryptocurrency ecology is increasingly accepted every year. Given ETH's supply of ~ 115 million, then I think that as a condition for estimating the value of ETH, ~ $ 20k seems reasonable ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) . Because the development of ETH is extremely widespread and has yet to be applied in all areas. If it were to be released and amplified strongly in the next 10 years. numbers can be difficult to estimate in value.

It's true that ethereum won't get into that price level until solving the current gas fee problems, but it's just temporary IMO. As long as bitcoin's on the action and alt season isn't finished properly, etherem might hit $3k pr more within this year instead of having high gas fees as DeFi hype is still on track. TBH, it's now totally depend on the success of ETH2.0 , especially on the implementation of sharding chain. Though good news about ethereum might pump it into half of those high price target.

Hard to say but probably around $10k to $15k or more depending on how the growth of the market, ten years from now I believe the number of new people in crypto would have increased more than current number, and it is very likely this new comers will will buy eth as top on cmc which will thus affect price positively.
First we should focus on scaling Ethereum, then we can talk about ETH hitting an ATH of $10k and above. My guess is that ETH will be able to scale to millions of users around the world within a decade from now (unless developers continue to delay network upgrades to make this happen). Once that happens, prices could head north of $5k -$10k per coin. With competition getting stronger each day, Ethereum could lose its position on the market if it doesn't reduce gas costs ASAP. Nonetheless, no one knows how much an specific cryptocurrency will be worth in the future. Everything will depend on the rules of supply and demand. If there's a lot of demand for ETH, then prices will go all the way to the moon. My guess is that demand for ETH will soar once it improves transaction capacity. Low fees and blazing-fast transaction confirmation times will make ETH as good as it was when it launched. Its competitors will have no chance against ETH as it becomes a force to reckon with. Who knows if ETH becomes as good as Bitcoin a decade from now? Just my thoughts ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Bitcoin has reached 58,000$ in 12 years. Over 5 years, Bitcoin has grown to $ 1,000. Ethereum in 5 years has grown to 2000. If we follow this scenario, then we should see the price of ETH 58,000$ in 7 years. I'm afraid of such numbers)

It makes sense that in ten years etherium will reach more than $ 10,000, as the development of etherium continues, new projects using the etherium blockchain will continue to grow. I'm sure I'll hit over $ 10,000 in ten years

i just speculate using price increase comparisons and we didn't see eth price rising so heavily probably because ether still have trouble with the scalability , and when that solved , probably 2022 like the most news i've read, Ether can go easly to 4k of course BSC will be the great competitor on that time with DOT behind both of them. i would say over 50k still acceptable , it would be happen if scenario like crypto will be more introduced to general people keep continue.

I have speculation ten years later ethereum could raise above $10,000 because right now success raise above $2,000. Looks easy for ethereum raise to higher price and keep get good moment how ethereum consistent make good price. Just competitive with BNB coin could make ETH loss many investor or not, looking price eth is the best investment and ten years later increase more higher price again.

Yeah. The crypto market is surely unpredictable. No one can tell how it'll behave 10 years from now. For what I know, a decade is a lot of time in the crypto/Blockchain space. Many new and exciting things could happen that'll make ETH bigger, better, and stronger than ever. As long as developers continue to deliver as intended, ETH will be able to last for a long time. Who knows if ETH reaches a price of $10k and above soon? From time to time, it's been shown that no other project can compete with Ethereum. We have many smart contract platforms with blazing-fast transaction confirmation times and dirt-cheap fees like Binance Smart Chain, Cardano, TRON, and Polkadot. Yet, they've been unable to outmatch ETH in terms of decentralization and mainstream adoption. If Ethereum becomes as good as Bitcoin in the future, then it could reach a higher price within a decade from now. Remember that in crypto land, anything is possible. Everything will depend on ETH's level of demand on the market. With high demand comes higher prices per coin. I wouldn't be surprised if ETH goes all the way to the moon by 2031. Just my thoughts ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Crypto market is full of surprises and you can never predict the price of any coin with 100% accuracy. ETH might reach $10k to $15k if it is adapted by major institutions and it keep on updating their block chain. When you compare the price of bitcoin 10 years earlier and now, you can see the humongous increase in value and if same thing happened to ETH the you can imagine the price it is going to be traded in 10 years.
