Amazon has already announced that they will soon be offering Bitcoin payments.
I didn't read it yet, could you show me the source?
I assume you mislead in reading the news, no team members of Amazon stated an exact time to accept Bitcoin. So, how can you say "soon"?
I know it is very glad if Amazon accepts Bitcoin, but we must know it is still a rumor. I am worried if you all guys be very unsatisfied once Amazon officially rejected the Bitcoin payment idea.

90% of the news posted here is fake, and in case you want to know what Amazon said about Bitcoin, you need to refer to the official statement made by them. And here is what they said:

https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2021/7/27/amazons-denial-on-accepting-bitcoin-sends-it-tumbling

Quote
Notwithstanding our interest in the space, the speculation that has ensued around our specific plans for cryptocurrencies is not true,” said a spokesperson from Amazon on Monday. “We remain focused on exploring what this could look like for customers shopping on Amazon.

The statement is a bit tricky. It indicates that Amazon has some interest in Bitcoin. And similar to the case with PayPal, we will get to know about it only after they actually implements it in their system.
I believe Amazon dropped a bait to see how the reaction of their public regards the possibility of adopting bitcoin would be. Or maybe they just wanted to see how influent they can be in crypto universe, so they can launch their own crypto currency and let bitcoin aside (considering how much bitcoin rised after these rumors were spreaded, about 15% during the day, they are quite influent).
That is actually the dream of many big techs. They have zero interest for bitcoin, they just want to replace it with their own currency.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Yep, that's why I ask him for the source. I suspected he spread the wrong news, so I want all members here to not easily believe it.
I already read that news, it became a hot topic for discussion in this forum and some social media several days ago. Unfortunately, we still didn't hear an update after that statement.

The statement is a bit tricky. It indicates that Amazon has some interest in Bitcoin.
It is true, they are trying to make a statement wisely but still show to people their interest in Bitcoin. If we learn the statement, they are still considering adopting Bitcoin but they need some time to ensure it. They probably want to know people's interest to use Bitcoin in Amazon firstly. In addition, they are thinking about the good and bad impacts of adopting it.

we can say that this is an unreliable source because this has happened many times and several well.known companies always associate their companies with bitcoin, we hope this is not just a discourse.because we've heard it a few times.we only hope that what is planned will be realized soon

I'm tired of this news kept raging over the internet, then now Op stated about their so called plans on accepting btc as their payment. So be it, let's see what really the outcome for this plans and if ever there's no evidence for any legitimacy of a specific statements from provided link; then it's considered as hoax.
Reliable source is really important, not just a paid adds will make all things possible but we need the truth behind all good words that we're about to hear.

That is a very real possibility, and even if they didn't drop the bait they still didn't close their eyes and missed that the market went for a quick bull modus only because some media published an unverified article about rumors Amazon accepting, just accepting Bitcoin. We are not even talking about further plans Amazon could have, but just by accepting Bitcoin the market turned green big time. They will draw their conclusions.

It is difficult to identify in detail what makes Bitcoin price increased today, but good news related to Amazon is probably one of the reasons. Since a rumor of Amazon wants to accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin price tends to increase gradually. I think with the rumor, people have a big motivation to have Bitcoin anymore. They must realize the possibility of a big pump in Bitcoin price if Amazon officially announces they accept Bitcoin payment tools.

Amazon denied accepting bitcoin as a payment method and it was all fake news, and that caused in bitcoin going up a bit, but after Amazon denied the price went a little bit down, it is crazy how small things can affect the crypto market, just some words from random people online, but to be honest, if Amazon adds bitcoin as a payment method, it's going to be bad with the high fees of it, i won't even use it.

As long as there is good news, it will likely have an impact, of course there will be and we hope that, hopefully there will be more good news that will strengthen.

whatever happens we must be grateful that the good news can certainly have a significant impact on bitcoin after the bad news that has always been seen so far. although it may not guarantee that the news will be true but as long as there are no problems for improvement and we hope that such news will continue to appear to provide encouragement for investors and institutions to be more confident again. there will always be hope from the crisis that has been experienced in the past, hopefully it will continue to have a good impact until the end of the year.

There are some other sources which are claiming completely the opposite also. But I hope that Amazon takes such actions in this year. This could help Bitcoin adoption really a lot. Maybe it could affect Bitcoin price too but I don't see the manipulations being affective that much anymore. And I don't understand why they are developing a coin of theirs. Maybe they hope that people would use it on online shopping on their website.
It will affect the price of Bitcoin and Bitcoin was manipulated by Elon Musk a couple of weeks ago. Bitcoin is not immune to manipulations just like fiat is not. Bitcoin is more prone to being abused by rich people because it is a new currency Bitcoin is a little over 10 years old while fiat currencies have been around for much longer and still get manipulated and abused by the rich.

Don't expect it to repeat again and again. The cryptocurrency sector was entirely unprepared for the manipulation by Elon, and on top of that there were several other contributing factors, such as the mining ban in China. Elon initially supported Bitcoin and then suddenly changed his stance. And this caused a rout in the market. But now everyone is prepared and I don't think that similar manipulation will ever be repeated. I am curious about Amazon. I want to know which route they want to take. Are they going to create their own crypto, similar to the earlier plans by FB? Or are they going to manipulate the market, like Tesla? Or can we expect them to adopt a mutually beneficial approach, similar to PayPal?

What is the point of your discussion? Just dreaming? It was already proved that this announcement of Amazon is fake. If Amazon really starts to accept Bitcoin, that wont change situation a lot. Because usually regular people order goods there, but crypto geeks prefer to stay anonymous and dot give their delivery address when paying with Bitcoin, or will simply hold, instead of spend their Bitcoin.

The more adoption of bitcoin increases, the more it's encouraging to hold as the value will increase more due to the increase in demand. There's no confirmation yet as to when they will accept bitcoin and crypto, these are just all rumors but as what the development we are seeing now, it will not take time before they ride with the popularity of bitcoin.
