When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again?

It's been weeks since there has been fluctuations in Bitcoin and everytime there is a pump we think it's going to break the ATH and cross $40k once again but it hardly reaches till $35k and then drops back. What does it mean? Will we see Bitcoin crossing $40k once again or not? It cannot stable between $25k to $35k and I think it's either going to drop below $30k or pump up and cross $40k in upcoming weeks. What's your though ?

It has been quite stable for the past week or even more, has settled at approximately $31.000-$33.000. I was expecting that it wouldn't recover anywhere close to the $40k ATH. I suspect that it will take a while, my guess would be mid-February, if we're lucky enough.

That's just my opinion though, we can't actually predict that.

It needs some big news like converting balance sheets to crypto or major companies are entering to crypto space. It will sustain at $30k USD easily due to recent publicity to the crypto. And, India is going to introduce a bill to ban private coins including bitcoin, eth, etc soon. A short-time bearish moment for some time the recover.

Not anytime soon. I have heard that Indian government is going to ban bitcoin. If this happens you will see a huge market with some great potential leaving out from the market. Also this recent Gamestop thing has actually alarmed the institutional investors towards reorganizing their capital and I don't see any major hedge fund coming into bitcoin anytime soon. Therefore crossing over $40K without a piece of big news would be impossible. Talking of this technically the price is currrently floating below the 20EMA which indicates a bearish medium-term trend therefore we could remain stuck around this area for quite some time.

We will see it again. But don't think too much because it is stressful if you're always thinking of it. What's the best thing to do if you do believe that it will comeback to $40k as soon as possible, buy while it's under that price.

I did think it would pull back after its initial success, the big question is how far and for how long as to revise lower prices is quite normal but does this extend into the rest of year to work through this whole higher price range.   I always side with the extremes not exactly negative but expecting us to go lower then expected too far even and then we bounce back and we fry bear meat for dinner also but that would suggest in the greater extremes that we also take more time to run through the full range of possibilities.
   So to me 20k is about the lower end of the range and as you mention 40k is the price to beat, it surely does come with some trigger to make a new high.    In the price of autumn it was actually something 15k that was more important, confirming above a price such as that showed we had beaten a trend of lower highs since 2017 but also the 2019 highs and in retrospect that was the time to go bullish on a much wider picture and scale.  20k of course later meant new ATH to some and it moved further.   Again now I want to spot where do we break the negative trend if any from the ATH, I count a purely YTD trend passed but on wider time frame we have more work to do it seems.

The market is with good stability. Anytime soon it can have a steep rise in the market making the price of bitcoin reach above $40k. The price of bitcoin staying above $30k gives confidence to every user in holding to get a better profiting at the shortest. Another thing people are much with positive thoughts about the market.

When something negative spread about bitcoin, people haven't reacted big to it. This has overcome the panic selling and that's a big reason for the market to stay strong with fluctuation and without deep crash.

If the question is "when", we can't really answer that.
But touching $40k again will be possible if the resistance level will reach and break again $38k wave 5 bull run is going to happen. That's only my speculation and it can change since market is always a tricky one. And the current consolidation may possibly go bullish. Though I admit its hard to achieve that now as there are many barriers but one thing is for sure, we can see again that $40k above.

You do not need to worry about that. I am sure bitcoin sooner or later will cross $40k again. If bitcoin price now hardly breaks $35k, it will break it soon, and I think you should prepare yourself by having many bitcoin before the price goes up. Bitcoin still has much time to go up, and the new year is just beginning, so I guess that bitcoin needs more people to buy to lift the price. But we don't know when bitcoin will break $40k, all we can do is enjoy the price now, and trying to make more bitcoin as we can. So we better to wait and see.

That the Indian government has such plans is definitely bad news. However, I don't think it will matter much in the long run. Bitcoin's market capitalization is still so small that it still whales decide when Bitcoin reaches the new ATH.

Imagine that you can atleast make a easy 3-10% profit each time? why Seek for another ATH as if you have So much in holding ?

No one knows when it will happen. Worse is maybe it will not happen anymore .

I already expect Bitcoin to go sideways at around the $30,000-$40,000 price like what it did when it is at the $10,000-11,000 price range. We saw what happened to Bitcoin at that time. It chose to go upwards and the rest is history. It might also happen this time but it needs a catalyst (news) in order for it to happen. Musk's tweets might help Bitcoin to pump that price. WSB might also pump it too . Who knows what might happen in the next weeks especially that a group of people are picking a coin to pump and dump with.

The range right now is quite understandable. With strong resistance at $35082 and strong support at $32537. It probably means that many people are not willing to buy more than $35k right now, and if we stay in this region more, it's going to take a longer time or even change trends as we continue.



We're still in the neutral range, and there's always the possibility of $40k, but there's also a chance to see $25k again. With this in mind, go forth and try your forward testing skills to the test. And may the power of the bulls or bears be with you, lol.

Or even worse is that it can drop to $20k again.  I will admit that last few weeks when the price of 1 Bitcoin fell below $19k I thought we were going to be in for some trouble.
But the weak hands did their thing and sold while those of us with long term strong hands are still here and waiting for the next Bull run.
Discussing when we will see the next time of a $40k coin its very hard to determine that.  Stay patient and hopefully we see 40k before we see 20k again.

It seems to me that if there shortly will not come positive signals of price increases, the passing of time may negatively affect the price of Bitcoin. The longer the price fluctuates at this level, the more likely the next move of the market will be the price drops to the level you are talking about.

I believe before this month ends we are going to see another 40k+ in the bitcoin price. The logic behind why I think it will happen is that we have been around these prices for a very long time and price declines to fall even more, people who are rich (and people who are not even rich) accumulated as much bitcoin as they can and there has been a decent amount of long buys bought as well and we have hurt a lot of shorts during the recent price spike as well that eventually it looks like we are going to only profit from going up and that is the only direction left for us as well.

That means if people would profit from going up, and nobody profits from going down, why would people sell it and let it go down? They would wait or buy more to make it go up, that is the logic behind it. Basically I just believe it will go up to profit everyone; no doubt about that .

Hard to say, according to chart, $35k will be the major resistance now, it has been rejected several times although I've seen it surpassed today, however, it  doesn't hold that much long so the price pulls back again. So this is an indication that there are still selling pressure at this price. So it make take a while before we can see $40k. Because the obvious barriers are $35k and then $38k. Market is based on sentiments so if there are some good news like what we hear in November-December then we can surpassed $40k again. But if there is none, then we are going to be in the sideway pattern for the next week or so.

In my opinion I think there is a chance that bitcoin will hit again $40k because bitcoin price is stabilizing at $32k to $35k so we never know it would pump suddenly and Elon Musk promotes bitcoin so low chances of getting dump. Reaching 40k will likely to happen again and I guess this month will happen.
