Mayweather is yet to confirm anything regarding the event. His team had not visibly begun to push the promotion of the Pay Per View either.

There is no confirmation that it will really happen and I think this is some kind of tactics on Mayweather team to hype the situation and many people will surely love this, but if this is real then I hope Pacquiao can grab the win and finally put a stop on Mayweather's consecutive wins,

And this needs to really happen because both fighters is in their 40's and getting older every year, It is a good chance to see another bout between these two, but I am still doubting that Floyd Mayweather can make it really happen.

I don't think Mayweather is struggling financially. Because if he is, he will continue the exhibition fight with Logan Paul, no matter what the payment will be. But maybe it doesn't match his asking price, the reason why it will not push thru. With regards to May-Pac 2, if in case it will push thru, are we going to expect a toe-to-toe fight or just another boring fight from Mayweather running around the ring and counting the points?

Now, I'm not saying Manny is an inferior fighter compared to Mayweathwr but the thing is, Mannh thrives in knockouts while Mayweather works best in technicalities, so just like what Marquez said, Manny will only win if he would be able to knock Mayweather out, otherwise the fight will go towards Floyd's favor.

I don't think that Manny Pacquiao would still reconsider having a rematch after his loss against Mayweather. Manny is currently busy being part of the Philippine Senate and would only fight when he thinks would be beneficial. Certain rematches like this, doesn't also being endorsed by Mayweather himself. But the only possible thing that would happen is they would both have a boxing match on or before April. Again, I don't see that both parties would even mind rematching.

Not only for entertainment but also for the glory and also for the sake of helping out those who are in need and thats why Manny Pacquiao is a real legend which isnt only

The reason why both sides agreed on having a match is that both of them will benefit from this match. Even they have a fading career, it doesn't matter because they're already rich and doesn't need any money, they're doing it for the people because it's their passion. So if it's true that MW loves boxing, it doesn't matter if his career will end or not, they will do it because they love it and of course, for the audience. They've already gained the money in their first matches.

If the fight continues or not, people will still watch them so idc anymore on what's their purpose, I know that they're doing it because they grew in boxing.

For majority of the fans they like to see knockout as it creates more drama, the judges scores in boxing are not accurate most of the time. If you looks at some of the most anticipated fights in boxing majority will end up in controversy as the judges will be scoring what the general public has not seen and they determine the results and so is the reason all these controversies pop up. Not sure why Mayweather and Logal Paul fight is not taking place as planned what ever be the reason i am more interested to watch Manny and Mayweather fight and hopefully it could be their final fight.

Poor ticket sales as the hype didn't get the attention of most people. Who the heck will pay for a Youtuber vs Professional boxer and knowing the latter is just against money as always. The exhibition match should be on the same profession, even not against the popular one, I'm sure that is more entertaining to watch.

It will not break the amount of money they collected in the first fight if they will not allow a crowd, therefore it might not happen anytime soon if they are too focus with making a lot of money. I know they have experts who can estimate on how much they'll make if this fight will push through, and considering its a big fight, it also means big expense on marketing the fight again.

Everyone knows on whose the true winner on said match even though decision had been made goes to mayweather.Well, decision is final and theres no way to change it out.

I dont know why peoe want to see this fight.  In theor prime is where its at.  People might want to hate on money but pound for pound probably one of the best to ever put on gloves regardless if they fought "now".  He has been out of the game for awhile and don't give me that Connor talk.  No one could ever hit floyd that solidly, exquisite as defensive boxing has ever seen.  And if you do t like defensive boxing then you do t like boxing its part of the sport.

Because Floyd's fight with Logan has been postponed and that's where the name of Manny Pacquaio came into the picture. But there's no definite date or we really don't know if Floyd's want to still fight Pacquaio either in an exhibition or full 12 rounds.

So we really don't know what the score is, he could be tinkering or this is just pure speculation as this point.

I'm now confused though, who offered first, is it really Floyd who offered the fight to Pacquiao or the other way around? If it's Floyd who makes the first move then for sure Manny could have agree to the fight by now?

If Manny's camp started the whole speculation about him fighting Floyd then I doubt that this fight will ever progress as Floyd said he doesn't want any part of Manny, he is done after their first fight.
