If you must have connected to the RSK network to be able to claim your sovryn if you have participated in the origin sale. As far as I know, you will need small amounts of Rbtc to be able to claim your sovryn token on the sovryn platform. I think that you may need to join the telegram group and you can find complete instruction about how to claim your sovryn on sovryn platform.

I've also used Metamask and it's not too complicated and easy to use. But I rarely do transactions with Metamask.

The address will be the same but the address will appear on the RSK explorer when you have sent it with a small amount of RBTC. it's clearly said that you can't see your address on rsk explorer when you are not funding it with a small amount of coin or tokens that supported by RSK network.

This project is on RootStock and being a pioneer to have a DeFi bitcoin based is awesome. We can now see the dawn of BTC DAO/DApp. As promised by the RSK team , their hard work is in near fruition. Sovryn is an interesting project and might as well know how bitcoin sidechains would fare.

It's clearly stated in the paper that you have mentioned above if POMP and its community will be also helping sovryn to run its own bitcoin nodes, exchange listing and many more.

The trading already delayed and it will be opened after the new contract that will be issued on monday to fix the bug that is still available on the sovryn platform.
This bug was preventing people to withdraw their SOV to the another wallet.
