In recent time i have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.


As the day goes by, our workload increases... It is important that you continue to find a way to strike the balance between work and sleep. Sleep is important, but too much sleep is a problem as too much sleep can cause you poverty. Work is good as well, but too much work is a problem. In all you do, you must find the balance.

You know you can be conscious even in your unconscious state 9sleeping). Loosing all consciousness just because your sleeping isn't a very good thing and as such, its important you have a way of putting to yourself that, you've got to awake at certain time to get something done and that thing must be done at that time. In that instant, you program your body to be aware of a pressing need and gradually you might just start waking up at the right time to meet up with your tasks for the day.

Go see a doctor, don't go for self medication.. but you need energy drinks and proper diet for a start.. I don't know much anyway.. this is just my little contribution..
It is not doctor that He needs but someone that will tell Him that laziness will bring him down.

This is an obvious example of a lazy person in which enjoying doing nothing than to work for living.

All of us have this kind of sickness but we can fight it and do our responsibilities not like op that  wanted to sleep instead of going over.

This is how I do this: I refine my daily work, must do it every day (the time is relatively fixed), be flexible (indirect time), and deal with emergencies. Then, after doing what you must do, and taking care of other things as your condition allows, your whole person will be much better.

You need to find a motivation to work and know the reason why your sleep time is increasing.
The normal sleep hours for adult are around 6-9 hours and we have 24 hours a day I don't know why you want to stay asleep for 12 hours per day.
Try to lessen your sleep time because base on my experience the more I sleep the more tired and sleepy I get so it would really consume most of my time back then.

If we have an 8 hours job per day we should be trying to sleep 8 hours aswell, if that is not possible we need to make sure we have atleast a minium of 7 hours. Without proper sleep it will be hard to keep performing well at work. My best tip to get ready for sleep is no more watching TV or playing on the phone, I only listen to a bit light music or just read something. Then I am sleeping the best.

I know what it is like to have a knocked-down regime, when you cannot sleep normally, when you don't want to do anything and you don't feel very well. Everything in the system will help you - healthy eating, sports, communicating with people, laugh more, try to go to bed at 11 pm, start learning something new, expand your horizon of knowledge.

stay up late. The university has developed a bad habit of staying up late. It was very serious when I first worked, and then my health deteriorated, so I forced myself to go to bed at 11 o'clock every day. Now even if I drink tea at night, I can fall asleep before half past eleven.
It is ok to stay late but only on few times and not constantly because there are things need to be done late sometimes.

Even in work place there is some called overtime in which we need to stay late to finish some work that demands to be send the next morning first thing.

1. Be stingy with yourself.
2. Not making enough efforts to increase income.
Is this advise for OP , or advise for yourself?

If I want to become more self-disciplined, I usually procrastinate too much. Today’s things are often put to the next day or later to complete. When I accumulate a lot, I don’t want to do it.
