There's no alternative for that, if you wanna trade on Uniswap and you must have paid non sense fees to the ethereum chain, If you wanna get an alternative and move one from this chain and try to use tron chain. it has also a popular swap service called JUST swap. When you are still using this chain and don't expect you will get low fees for your transaction.

There has been a huge increase in the transaction fee of Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies who are currently experiencing the bullish trend due to the increase in traffic which is always the scenario whenever we are in a bullish market but that doesn't make ETH Dev a scammer and the last time I checked the tx fee is determined by mining difficulty and each sender decision. However, this transaction is paid to the miners, not ETH Dev so why do you want to report them for a scam?
With that been said, the prevent this from happening in the future is the reason why ETH2.0 was introduced and if it executed fully every ETH user will enjoy the benefit involved.

Not even Paypal ever had such horrible fees as ETH.

I rather pay an old man with a mule $50 for token transfer than pay $50 on eth.
Can also just call an UBER to transfer your token, much cheaper than ETH!

For now, there's no alternative platform it may happen in the future though but you need to understand the platform you use because DEX swap/trading charges are usually high and it not the fault of the ETH Dev because the DEX will also charge their fee for offering you the trading service.

It's pretty obvious that you can't accuse ETH for it's extremely high fee. Just don't use ETH if you don't really need it. Almost all altcoins associated with ETH is suffering because of this fees so you should avoid ETH for now. We can only hope that DEV finds a way reducing this Fees significantly.

The gas fee of Ethereum now was too expensive, and 80$ for the fees is not a joke actually. I just wish that ETH developer can do something about this matter, so that the majority of the community in cryptocurrency will aching about this thing. My take on this situation also. Look also for the network activity and send your tokens when the network is not so busy.
Right now, eth has problem on this aspect but I believe they are doing something to rectify this issue.
Eth 2.0 is not yet fully deployed, maybe once Phase 1 is fully launched, we will be seeing some improvements.
But right now, I don't think we can accuse eth platform as a scam because of the high gas fees.

The expensive price of ETH gas doesn't mean they tricked you or others. You are wrong to say this. Even if you have your own argument, it doesn't mean you can accuse people carelessly. You can be prosecuted if you only have weak evidence.

Everyone should anticipate that while the ETH price is climbing. As we always based our gas price on USD, it's expected that we might even end up paying $100 per transaction. This has been discussed before with BTC but not to the point of calling it scam fees.

I'd just received a token transfer for $6 but it ends up on 6-8 hours confirmation. Fine by me as I'm not rushing.

Even for a $10k transaction its too much fee. Its better if Uniswap could move to a different blockchain.

The ETH developers dont care they are billionaires. Why help the poor people? ETH is even worse than the big banks. No big bank ask such insane fees.

When you can look at bank fees as a percentage of the total transaction in the same currency, why can't we look at ETH fees as % of ETH. For e.g., if I transfer 1000 USD from an account in the US to Vietnam, the wire transfer fees could be 25 USD. That is a whopping 575,537.50 VND. Which could probably pay for a meal in terms of local currency.

Agree the fees could be high, but attaching the USD value is probably what makes it seem much higher.

ethereum networks are flawed because they can't cope with scalability. There are too many Dapps on the ethereum network, and too many transactions to confirm, so everything piles up. and in the end this led to an increase in gas fees. the only good thing about ethereum right now is their high price, and the rest they are a bad  platform.

waiting for ethereum 2.0 is not a solution, no one guarantees that in the future they can reduce gas fees. just because 2.0 can handle more transactions doesn't mean this problem is over. what if ethereum had switched to 2.0 but they had the same unresolved case. won't the problem arise again?
so it's about time we switch to a friendlier and better platform.

I already say KoinOS but they are very early (like buying eth for $0.25, still UNDER
1000 holders!!) but what are some other projects? Preferably around $100m market cap or lower?

I understand you, I also have to spend a lot of money for commissions, but I do this because some of the cryptocurrencies that I have in my portfolio start to grow and I want to sell them and I have to give a lot of money for transfers of any cryptocurrencies that are created on the Ethereum blockchain and unfortunately the Ethereum developers are in no hurry to fix this problem and this is very bad, but all the same, as we see the price of Ethereum is growing and there are more and more cryptocurrency projects on the Ethereum blockchain, so I don’t think that Ethereum developers somehow worry about huge commissions.

You should see fees in exchange. They are worse. 
It could also be the issue of us converting it to USD with higher value now. Try to consider that.
All we could do now is wait or put it to lower fees with slower tx time and wait for a day to arrive.
I prefer XRP before but because of what they are facing most investors lose their interest in it and it got scary to stay.
It's really faster and cheaper that way.

I don't agree if you say Ethereum is a scam project, because Ethereum is one of the projects that makes cryptocurrency can become popular at this time besides Bitcoin, but I agree with you that gas fees from Ethereum are very expensive and unreasonable, so for now I am not very interested in making transaction using Ethereum, because gas fees from Ethereum are very expensive, so I hope that Ethereum soon finds a solution to make gas fees from Ethereum inexpensive.
