The situation with Doge is very interesting, it appeared on its own does not lose popularity only thanks to PR. It is unlikely that Elon Musk advertises the token for fun. It seems to me that he himself invested in the coin and uses his status to raise the price.

Nobody dont know why Elon Musk started writing about DOGE so suddenly, and it doesn't matter why he does it, because the most important thing is after he starts writing something about DOGE, so immediately the price of DOGE starts to grow very much and this is great, because you can get a good profit on this, and the most interesting thing I don't remember was when there were already such big DOGE pumps, but after the messages from Elon Musk these pumps started immediately and the price of DOGE grew very powerfully.

   Had to go through information about the coin to see if there is something new it implemented or something about it that changed for the better, i didn't see much.. I expect people like him to make informed decisions...maybe there is something he knows others don't?
Wonder if that is in anyway tied to Bitcoin. I have thought about people somehow getting paid in dogecoin for holding Bitcoin long term or something.

Elon Musk can shill whatever coin he wants. From what I'm thinking, he is too busy with his life that even putting a few seconds to Twitter is difficult so maybe, his Twitter representative plays a role too on that tweet (lol).

Funny aside, just let him shill whatever and whenever he wants. There are lots of traders that are taking advantage of the post-effects of those tweets.

This is really strong point but sadly peoples not understanding this all most chances his twitter representative enjoying good benefit from this all or may be he buy some very healthy amount of this coin and now trying to sell on very high price for very good and healthy profit.

Of course he can, we also have our own rights and choices which cryptocurrency we would like to shill of but the only different was Elon Musk was a popular person, now known as the world's richest man compare to us, which what we are shilling was based on our testimony, our experiences. Maybe some were speculating that Elon Musk are just having fun by shilling DOGE or having fun by using a #DOGE on his tweets but to be honest, this was a big impact to the DOGE market.

we have already seen how Dogecoin has experienced such a pump. but I think there is a positive view from me that Dogecoin has a very large community that allows a pump to happen when there is news from a world-famous figure. even though it's just a joke. jokes made over and over could get people interested or just find out about Dogecoin. I don't think Elon Musk only considers Doge a joke, at least I still believe he has more than a few reasons to post his social media status, maybe he is a holder of a large number of dogecoin or maybe he has received an ad from a whale group, and by using a social media account with a large following, Elon Musk easily pushed the price of Dogecoin up in just a short time, rich people can always make money very easily with the platforms they currently have. Today he can talk about Dogecoin, tomorrow he can talk about other altcoins, perhaps following the trends of the rich can make us more profitable

but if you look at what is happening now it is like that. only a post on social media can make a doge's price go up so high. Although it is not just a game I do not think there is a clear continuation of Dogecoin's partnership with the company owned by Elon. Actually Elon Musk is fully a business man. I think here also made twitter about DOGE coin just for business purpus also. When he saw that market has expand in nCOVID season, think that this is high time to make a business in crytpocurrency. So that he first buy coins in low prices then tweet as he knows that if he make tweet there would be influence in market. Ultimately that does also in market. I think nothing else about this tweet.

I think Elon Musk has personal reasons why he chose to tweet DOGE on several occasions. I'm not sure it's just a joke and just having fun. If it was just a joke and having fun, then there are already lot of altcoin he tweeted. Regardless of whether he is paid or not, shill or not then his tweet have made many investor and trader big profit from DOGE. But this is only temporary and everyone should be careful because the potential for hype-induced crash far outweigh the accomplishment the team developed for the project.

I think Elon Musk is one of the richest people who does have a big influence on Dogecoin so from some of his tweets he only focuses on Dogecoin and BTC, if he is a businessman who likes crypto, of course he will tweet mentioning a few different ones. altcoin but actually he only focuses on doge, could it be that elon musk is a team member of Dogecoin? or is he a trader who actually holds a large amount of Doge coin and uses the popularity of his tweets to trigger an increase in the price of Dogecoin in the market?

I believe after Billy Markus left the Doge project 7years ago due to harassment from the communities and sold all his holding in the year 2015 (footing what he said) Jackson Palmer can not handle the job alone, he seeks some help from Elon Musk which he later acquires the project and before the rightful CEO of Dogecoin all he can do is to shill for the coin.

Is this to say that Elon Musk buys Doge and can become Elon Musk's Dogecoin entirely?

I don't know if Elon Musk acquired the entire Dogecoin since Jackson Palmer is working with the project but he (Elon) publicly said hes the coin new CEO then.

if what I say is true then this could be something very interesting and of course it will give new life to Dogecoin price movements, because Elon Musk has many companies meaning he can make Dogecoin as another alternative for transactions which will increase the use of Dogecoin.

You are right but the Dogecoin concept won't make the coin to have increase use and if they integrate more features to the coin it will increase the coin use case.

     The guy is probably just trolling. He enjoys weird things make weird jokes and so on. But despite that tho, I am still one of his biggest fans. Because behind those weird jokes and personality he shows, is an amazingly brilliant and innovative mind. But yeah, back to topic, it may only be just tweeting for fun and others took it seriously which is why the price of dogecoin increased that much.

I don't think this is a joke things, he might have been paid to do this, I know he is filthy rich but this act is something outrageous, I can possibly say that the first one he did on bitcoin could let him know he is already a crypto influencer and celebrity which his reaction to anything related to cryptocurrency will affect the market one way or the other, that reputation alone should let him behave mature and stop manipulating the market.

Additionally, if he keeps on repeating this act, he might be a tool where whales pay to manipulate market for their own favour by simply buying low and contact him to pump by signifying some little interest, who knows..
