Elon Musk wrote something about doge on his twitter, and said whether he would accept the doge as an exchange tool for Tesla or not. I'm pretty sure that when Elon Musk does just that, the boost in Doge's price to $ 1 will be achieved. however, for now, there doesn't appear to be any sign or impetus for the doge to reach that price.

It seems like Dogecoin price has started to recover. A $1 aim is not an unachievable thing for Dogecoin I think. The ATH is $0.73 which was seen one week ago. But I don't expect Dogecoin to reach too higher levels as its max supply is unlimited. It has no difference than fiat in terms of that.

Yes, but some people still expect the Dogecoin price to rise to $ 1 in the near future because at the moment Dogecoin is really in a very positive trend even though its maximum supply is not limited.

If Elon keeps buying why wouldn't it? I is already $0.53 right now and all it takes another x2 to be $1. How much doge has risen in the last 6 months? Over 10000%? What is another 100%? This is pure speculation. The market isn't quite as predictable as you suggest. Alternatively, you can also argue that investors may short the DOGE once its ATH value approaches, as they fear a new cycle of low ROI for their asset.

well after dumping to 40 cents, now it returns to 50 cents level again and i think the dumping of bitcoin is the reason for the support for dogecoin.

DOGE is pumping now, it's up 37% now - https://coinmarketcap.com/.. I can see the reason why Elon drops the bomb on bitcoin and that is to promote solely DOGECOIN. Now that bitcoin has dumped, people will find another alternative and currently, the most hype coin is DOGE, so most likely investments will be pouring on DOGE.

I consider accepting crypto currency for payment and buying crypto for investment purposes to be two completely different concepts. One does not necessarily imply the other.
For example, you can accept DOGE payments on your web store without caring what happens to Dogecoin tomorrow as all the payments you receive are converted instantly into fiat or stablecoin or some other cryptocurrency. Musk could do the same.

It's actually a poll and so far many agreed on Doge, he also announced that Tesla will stop using Bitcoin, this could be the reason why we experienced a dump and there's a possibility that they will indeed use it so they can continue pushing the price, but I can't imagine one of the top billionaire using a meme coin to his company, instead of other top coins

It can reach $1 or even higher, but it is a high risk asset which may go down at any time. It is a know fact that the hype was created whenever a well-known person tweets. As an investor, I want to rely more on better assets which are based on better projects.
