If casino's are trying to scam players, then we won't see it becoming a billion dollar industry. I understand your frustrations though as a fellow gambler, that's why we should play only on reputable gambling platform, or at least read the ToS first before playing on any particular gambling site. Because if you didn't, you might get trap if you violate one of their ToS and obviously you can't withdraw your money unless you go to their processes (KYC, etc..).

Are you saying, that without making a deposit it is impossible to find and read terms of service? That is very doubtful. If you happen to find a casino were terms of service are hidden, why do play there then? You are trying to blame casinos because they did not force you to read ToS. And even if they show ToS before registering, I'm 99% sure you would simply scroll them or put a tick and click next.

If a gambling site no term of services or not showing it, it is already a red flag then. Why you still deposit your money there if you don't see any terms? That is already fishy then. But if it is your first time, I am sorry for your loss.
Regarding Softswiss which they are just only providing online casino software, I think the company mentioned got no connection on the site where the software being used, it is on the gambling site that using their software. This can be easily overcomed.Just head to the gambling section and look for trusted casinos with positive feedback from the players.Just switch to one of these casinos and I am confident you will not have withdrawal problems anymore and beside that Softswiss is not at all the best slot provider,there are many more who offer more beautiful sophisticated software.

If the casino is new or not well known i'd say that's a possibility but then again the last thing most casinos want to happen is to lose their players and as what GreatArkansas said Softswiss isn't the one to blame here since they're the providers.

I don't know how to check if a casino uses softswiss but on that link that I posted I found out that stake casino uses softswiss but stake is fair and don't hide any terms  .

Thy won't confiscate a gamblers funds without a heavy reason .

How may softswiss casino you have tried and get same results ? You could have stopped earlier and transfer on casinos with a different software .

You might wanna open a scam accusation against the site that cheated you with all proofs and evidences and that's the only way we can avoid such casinos in the future. Do also share what reasoning they gave when they restricted your account? Because I think if the casino is really popular, they won't simply restrict your account unless they have evidences of you being a scammer. All F.A.Q regarding the casino, deposit & withdraw, account, KYC, and other will be always on Term & Condition and that information can be found on the first action when you are registered to the website.

While you are registerd you choose to agree or not from the casino Term & Condition, not only T&C all other information mostly can be found on the bottom footer of each website. Well, Softwiss just a Casino Software the one who the responsibility of thats case the casino it self nothing to do with the Provider Casino Software.

One of the examples, stake using softwiss and guess whats? I have some experience withdraw a thousand dollar without any delay, KYC and other things. So, If you want to blame you should blame the casino not the software provider.

I am sure when trying to access the site, or when creating an account, you receive some sort of popup where they say that you agree to their terms of service when you start using their serivices. They should do that. If they don't show any such thing, I guess you can sue them or something?
Anyway, this is a bad practice. Only casinos with ill intend tends to do something like this. If you lost your money, I guess you won't be able to do anything. Just make sure you read the Terms of service before you start gambling somewhere else and choose one of the well know sites.

Name the casino and let's see who's the one to blame for you ending up in a situation like that.

There are lots of reasons why accounts put on a question and probably you didn't just notice you violate one of their terms. And for the site, it's no good if they will just suspend your withdrawal without reason.

You're confusing us. You were trying to point an accusation on some platform due to them not showing their Terms and Conditions yet you ended your statement that they then show you their rules? We all know here that each and every legitimate (and even those scam platforms) tend to show their terms and conditions first in which people upon registration must agree. It is on your behalf if you haven't looked for it nor haven't read it before engaging on the platform you seek to accuse. Again, even scam platforms would still make you see a plagiarized terms and conditions, but would only decline your withdrawal.

Yes there, and the loopholes that will I guess the most common reason for the casino is upon your withdrawal that you need to pass KYC. But this they didn't state of the terms and condition, it kind of a trap to anyone who tried to withdraw and cant provides documents. I have experienced this in an online casino, let's not disclose the name to avoid promotion to them.

When I hit the big amount and ready to withdraw my fund, at the moment I shocked because it needs to have pass documents before I will withdraw the amount balance you have. There's nothing I can do is to follow them, so if I didn't submit KYC, it means the fund will remain to them which is considered is a scam. Upon checking terms and conditions didn't appear any rules about to submit KYC.

I've been in similar situations with online casinos, but it wasn't completely impossible to withdraw funds, they didn't scam me. But in order to withdraw there were some required actions, like half of my wins I had to waste on spins or make an additional minimum deposit and gamble with it. Eventually, I just gave up, because I was feeling this is just their way to lure people into all that gambling and make them put their own money into it (because, at first, they were giving lots of bonuses, too bad there was no use for them in the end ).

So I don't think they're absolute scammers, it's just business. Also, later, when I checked the website and was searching for some answers I found that there actually was information (very concealed, though) about these regulations and policy.

Haven't heard of these site, i don't play in gambling platforms that are unknown and not promoted first in Bitcointalk because it lets us users to comment and give feedback to the site performance. Also with a representative to answers our every issues, this is why i do background check first before depositing because there are many scam gambling platforms especially in Crypto world.

Good advise to follow. Any site that introduce new stuff is better researched for reviews and playing in a totally new site is risky but sites tasted by members of this forum is cool. They are many of the sites here and getting traffic to show they are easy to operate.

What does the legitimacy of the casino have to do with SoftSwiss?

You could make the argument that SoftSwiss is not the best gaming software provider, but to generalise all casinos with SoftSwiss games to be scammy is just untrue.

SoftSwiss does not control the legitimacy of the casino who is using their license - as long as they get paid, they will be fine with providing them with the service.

All you need to do to guarantee (somewhat) the legitimacy of the site that you're playing on is to check their bitcointalk rep - usually, the community is very good at weeding out the scammy ones. Don't try new casinos that have no ratings - it's as simple as that.
