I am sure when trying to access the site, or when creating an account, you receive some sort of popup where they say that you agree to their terms of service when you start using their serivices. They should do that. If they don't show any such thing, I guess you can sue them or something?
Anyway, this is a bad practice. Only casinos with ill intend tends to do something like this. If you lost your money, I guess you won't be able to do anything. Just make sure you read the Terms of service before you start gambling somewhere else and choose one of the well know sites.

There are lots of reasons why accounts put on a question and probably you didn't just notice you violate one of their terms. And for the site, it's no good if they will just suspend your withdrawal without reason.

We all know here that each and every legitimate (and even those scam platforms) tend to show their terms and conditions first in which people upon registration must agree. Yes there, and the loopholes that will I guess the most common reason for the casino is upon your withdrawal that you need to pass KYC. But this they didn't state of the terms and condition, it kind of a trap to anyone who tried to withdraw and cant provides documents. I have experienced this in an online casino, let's not disclose the name to avoid promotion to them.

When I hit the big amount and ready to withdraw my fund, at the moment I shocked because it needs to have pass documents before I will withdraw the amount balance you have. There's nothing I can do is to follow them, so if I didn't submit KYC, it means the fund will remain to them which is considered is a scam. What does the legitimacy of the casino have to do with SoftSwiss?

You could make the argument that SoftSwiss is not the best gaming software provider, but to generalise all casinos with SoftSwiss games to be scammy is just untrue.

SoftSwiss does not control the legitimacy of the casino who is using their license - as long as they get paid, they will be fine with providing them with the service.

All you need to do to guarantee (somewhat) the legitimacy of the site that you're playing on is to check their bitcointalk rep - usually, the community is very good at weeding out the scammy ones. Don't try new casinos that have no ratings - it's as simple as that.

I think you need to explain more details about your problem, so we can help you solve it. Before you do that, I think you can contact the customer support on that site and ask about your problem. It would help if you gave them time to find and solve the problem, and that can't always solve in a short time because they need to search for the problem.

You can ask in their ANN thread if they announce their site on here, so the admin or the staff can reply and help your problem. But I am not sure if a gambling site with a reputation will scam you because they always take care of their members.

You need to report this to the community, those scammers are the ones that give a bad reputation to the market of cryptocurrencies in general and we cannot tolerate them anymore, the fact that you are not shown the terms and conditions of the website is shady as hell, after all how are you going to comply with their terms and conditions that they have if they do not show them to you? We didn't know what casino is it yet but OP just blindly trusted the casino and proceeded to deposit even though he knows it's already a red-flag when there's no ToS. I doubt if their support would make a valid reason why OP didn't get his money. I hope it's not that much though.

Terms and conditions are indeed supposed to be disclosed to the customer for everything that would involve the customer paying the casino or anything that concerns money really. Definitely not one that is famous in this forum, if it were those casinos, I think that they were already flagged a long time ago. I don't read the TOS but I do agree with you that anyone that wants to play in that casino needs to read the TOS, but that only works if money is involved like in an online casinos. The problem with that is that if you find it unacceptable and you don't find any casino that offers the same, they will not allow you to play which is a fair but it needs to change.

You mean this one https://www.softswiss.com/ it's not on the software but it's on the developers that are running the project, they are the ones who scammed you if you have been scammed, not the software, if the developer using the software is honest and transparent he will see to it that the script is tweaked according to his needs and will show the terms and anything that gamblers want to see.

I agree with this for me it isn't really the software but the company or the site are using it.
OP should also give us more information about the gambling site so we could avoid it and red flag the gambling site so others would be aware of it.
