This is not a rep thread mods, this is discussing setting using the forum software to set a precedent for red tags that have far reaching implications for the entire forum.  

I know that we've established that providing legitmate scam warnings on DT members by providing independently verifiable evidence of scamming is worthy or a red tag on the whistleblower. We have established this.

But this new precedent, although less disgusting and dangerous, is much more far reaching and contagious. You catch being a scammer form someone perhaps even with 2000 miles social distancing here says some DT members.

Is it suitable to red tag someone for merely replying to another member that has been previously tagged ?

I mean must red tagged members not be spoken too or else you get a tag yes or fucking no?

Like a scammer posting an obvious scam attempt on a self moderated thread on the sales board  and blocking others reporting it as such by deleting others warnings. Then someone coming tknmeta and starting a debate about asking should it be acceptable and possible to have self moderated sales threads?

This will help the forum expand and grow. Nobody wants to join unless is a reasonably fair place to contribute and you're allowed to speak to who you wish.

Presenting on topic independently verifiable valuable truths must not be punishable.
If it is going to be tolerated and supported I'm going to make sure there is no excuses like oh well I never knew that kind of thing was taking place.
