I need to log on to binance.com and withdraw my funds. I no longer have Google authenticator set up for Binance so I need to reset my password which requires me blinking into my phone for verification which does not work from the US.

Can anyone recommend a VPN I can use to just withdraw my coin from Binance?

thanks

I suggest you use a VPN with residential and socks5 IP like IPvanish this is a VPN that I use before and also I think you need to add some extension in your browser that could disable webRTC and change your time zone if you want to hide your real IP and location.
Recommended browser is a firefox don't use chrome browser WebRTC is on this browser is always enabled(I don't know why).

Then use this tool http://whoer.net/ and check the extended version to check any leaks from your PC/Laptop. If the result show 100% anonymous then you are ready to go reset your Binance account.
Sometimes you need to change the mac address of your wifi/ethernet most of the website right now could scan this so replacing mac address from your laptop/PC is a must.

I also recommended IP Vanish but after using the whoer.net site to check if the VPN result showed 100% anonymously, also use https://www.ip2location.com/ either, there are some situation where the site will said 100% Anonymous while ip2location will detect the dayrtcoming.
@BitMaxz, what about brave browser does it have WebRTC? How can I know the browser that have it?

Click on the link below to know more about VPN, you need to read some replies to know which VPN is best for you. Also, note that to access binance, I will not advice you to use Tor, but use a good VPN.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5280274.msg55324162#msg55324162

3. Encrypting Internet connection with VPN
A VPN encrypts your Internet connection from your device to the server owned by your VPN service provider. Using a VPN can help keep your web traffic safe from anyone monitoring the network at the local level: hackers, your Internet service provider, and surveillance agencies. A VPN will also mask your true location and IP address, allowing you to browse more privately and access geo-restricted content. A VPN will not, however, protect your web traffic against the VPN provider. That’s why it’s important to choose a VPN service you trust that does not keep logs of your activity. Download speed and privacy are usually the top considerations when looking for the best Tor VPNs. They can be used together to improve online privacy, but a provider that logs your activity or uses insufficient security will do just the opposite. The seven best VPNs for Tor and how to use them.

ExpressVPN Best VPN for Tor

Fastest VPN for Tor. Military-grade encryption. Accepts Bitcoin and has an onion site. ExpressVPN recently launched a .onion version of its website for users who want to anonymously make an account. The British Virgin Islands-based company accepts Bitcoin and sticks to a strict no-logs policy. Some non-identifying information is logged such as dates (not times), choice of server location, and total amount of data transferred each day. Cutting-edge encryption is used by default including 256-bit AES encryption, 4,096-bit DHE-RSA keys with perfect forward secrecy, and SHA512 authentication. ExpressVPN is highly rated, fast, user-friendly and has apps available for Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, and Linux (command line).

Pros::
Fast and reliable
Accepts bitcoin
Has a .onion site
Leading security
No identifying logs

Cons:
Slightly more expensive

NordVPN Budget VPN

No logs, huge server network, strong security. Includes 30-day money-back guarantee. NordVPN gives users access to specialized servers pre-configured with Tor over VPN, which means all traffic is first sent through the VPN and then automatically redirected through the Tor network. This is great if you have apps other than an internet browser that you’d like to use with Tor. A double-VPN option is also available, which could be used with the Tor browser for a total of two VPNs and the Tor network, if you can tolerate the speed hit. NordVPN also boasts a strict zero logs policy and 256-bit AES encryption. The company accepts Bitcoin. Apps are available for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.

Note that some experts object to Tor over VPN servers because NordVPN could hypothetically see what users are doing with their Tor connection by analyzing traffic before Tor encrypts it. NordVPN says it keeps zero logs, but if this is a concern, we recommend setting up Tor and the VPN independently.

Pros:
Onion servers
No logs
Strong security
Accepts bitcoin

Cons:
A few servers didn’t work

Surfshark

This privacy-conscious VPN comes packed with security features and allows you to pay in three different cryptocurrencies. Surfshark has 1,700+ servers in more than 60 countries, so you should be able to get a fast connection regardless of where you are in the world. Surfshark has a no-logging policy and secures your traffic with 256-bit AES encryption, a kill switch, and protection against IPv6, DNS, and WebRTC leaks. This service also has a couple of more advanced features. For instance, you can connect to multi-hop servers for even greater anonymity or speed up your other apps by using the split tunneling feature. Surfshark accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple payments, allowing you to sign up almost completely anonymously. Support is available 24/7 over live chat. Surfshark offers iOS, Android, Linux, MacOS, and Windows apps. It also works with supported routers but must be configured manually.

Pros:
Puts major emphasis on user security and privacy
Has no connection limit
Good speeds

Cons:
Some slow servers

CyberGhost

Excellent security, fast connection speeds, and zero logs. Our preferred budget VPN for Tor. PrivateVPN Simple to use, fast servers, and no logs. Also works well with streaming sites. CyberGhost doesn’t have any Tor-specific features, but it is the only VPN to earn a perfect score in our 2018 security and privacy assessment. For this reason, it pairs well with the Tor Browser. CyberGhost assigns each user a unique anonymous ID, and the email address you use to sign up is encrypted. This prevents third parties from connecting a users’ email address to their CyberGhost account. CyberGhost stores no identifying logs. The company is based in Romania, which has no mandatory data retention laws. Strong encryption, leak protection, a kill switch, and perfect forward secrecy are all included in the apps, even on mobile. Internet connection speeds are plenty fast enough to handle Tor traffic. Apps are available for Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. You may connect up to seven devices at a time.

Pros:
Advanced security
Zero logs
Bitcoin accepted
Fast

Cons:
No Tor-specific features

PrivateVPN’s

PrivateVPN’s website has a helpful guide on how to alter the OpenVPN configuration files included in the app so that outgoing internet traffic first passes through the Tor network, and then through the VPN—a setup known as “VPN over Tor”. If you want to use Tor to access sites on the clear web that don’t normally allow Tor connections, your IP address will be that of the VPN server, and the site won’t block you. Note that if you don’t want your ISP to see that you’re using Tor, it’s better to use a standard VPN connection with the Tor browser.

PrivateVPN offers great speeds and advanced security, plus a strict no-logs policy. You can connect six devices simultaneously.

Pros:
Zero logs
Fast servers
Strong encryption
Supports Tor-over-VPN

Cons:
Smaller server network

IPVanish

Advanced security, zero logs, and fast. Also popular with Kodi and torrent users. IPVanish is a speedy VPNs that doesn’t sacrifice privacy or security. A subscription gets you strong leak protection, unbreakable encryption,  and a strict no-logs policy. IPVanish allows up to 10 simultaneous connections — more than any other provider on this list. IPVanish apps come with an obfuscation feature that disguises the encrypted VPN tunnel as normal internet traffic. You can opt to periodically change your assigned IP address at certain intervals, making you harder to track. It doesn’t accept bitcoin, though, so if you want to make an anonymous purchase, look elsewhere. Apps are available for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.

Pros:
Fast speeds
Security is solid
No logs

Cons:
Bitcoin not accepted

https://www.privacytools.io/providers/vpn/
Warning: Using a VPN will not keep your browsing habits anonymous, nor will it add additional security to non-secure (HTTP) traffic. If you are looking for anonymity, you should use the Tor Browser instead of a VPN. If you're looking for added security, you should always ensure you're connecting to websites using encrypted DNS and HTTPS. A VPN is not a replacement for good security practices. If you're looking for additional privacy from your ISP, on a public Wi-Fi network, or while torrenting files, a VPN may be the solution for you as long as you understand the risks involved.

Use ProtonVpn or for example Nordvpn, you can also use a proxy, but Binance will probably ask you to verify your account or have already frozen your account. But it's worth trying.

@BitMaxz, what about brave browser does it have WebRTC? How can I know the browser that have it?

I don't know I don't use a brave browser I mostly used Firefox and to disable webRTC you need to download a new plugin.

For other browsers try to check their plugin/extension and try to search with "WebRTC" try to install that plugin/extension and use whoer tool if it actually works, if not, I suggest you go with firefox.

Using a VPN may make the problem worse. Do you want to use it for your phone only or to access the website?
If you plan to access the site and lose Google authenticator accessing that site using a VPN will ask you for more information and may suspend your account.
Generally, if you change the two-way authentication settings, withdrawal will be frozen for some time and you should avoid withdrawing large amounts directly.
As if your account has been verified, it is best to contact the support team and inform them of all the details.

This. While accessing Binance via VPN may work there's also a chance that you'll trigger a couple of red flags. I'm not saying that it necessarily will happen, just be aware of the risk.

Oh, I have never had any problems using VPN and logging in Binance, maybe just by chance (or maybe because I don't live in the US) but I'll keep in mind the next time I connect, I wouldn't like to get my account suspended or having to go through the KYC. Also, remember that you can only have one account on Binance, so if you get caught with two both could be suspended until you provide information where the money came from etc etc.

BTW, what do you think about Cyberghost VPN? it has no socks5 afaik, is it still good?

For your own security, any time you change the password associated with your Binance account, your withdrawals will be temporarily suspended for a period of 24 hours following the change. Please consider this when planning password changes.

If OP changes 2FA and make a withdrawal request instantly after that, the Level 2 Verification will be required if that account was not verified.

5. If possible, complete Level 2 Verification for your Binance account. Completing Level 2 Verification doesn’t only grant you a higher withdrawal limit, but also helps protect you from an attacker claiming ownership of your account. Sometimes you need to change the mac address of your wifi/ethernet most of the website right now could scan this so replacing mac address from your laptop/PC is a must.

Install the uBlock Origin extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
Next, to disable WebRTC, just check the box.

WebRTC can also be changed in other browsers if you configure this add-on.
Mac address does not play a role in the browser. The most important for anonymity are such parameters at the same time, which should coincide with your IP. DNS must match the country. And even this is not enough, since anti-fraud systems work perfectly today. And unnecessary red flags, that is, errors in the configuration, where there may be inconsistencies, only bring trouble. Not every VPN completely replaces the language, time of the country, DNS, etc. The absence of logs is not a guarantee that you will be anonymous.
In general, if you gradually delve into this article, and carefully check your browser at https://browserleaks.com/, you can try to pass for a citizen of another country.

Wait, you are the one who asked you can't able to access Binance funds because it was already blocked by binance for US customers a year ago?

Even if you find managed to recover the password via resent link still you will fail at the verification status right?

I need to log on to binance.com and withdraw my funds. I no longer have Google authenticator set up for Binance so I need to reset my password which requires me blinking into my phone for verification which does not work from the US.

I used to use Google authenticator, but replaced my phone and did not have anything for authenticator so I no longer have access to it. When I try to get into my account, I have to verify myself and the system makes me take a video where I blink or shake my head. After doing it I always fail authentication but have been told it is because I am in the US.

The only thing I want to do is to transfer my account from .com to .us.

I tried to use support and maybe it is just my stupidity, but I cannot get past the damn bot for support. Once I do anything it tells me there is no help for someone in my country.

I need to log on to binance.com and withdraw my funds. I no longer have Google authenticator set up for Binance so I need to reset my password which requires me blinking into my phone for verification which does not work from the US.

Can anyone recommend a VPN I can use to just withdraw my coin from Binance?

thanks
Wait, you are the one who asked you can't able to access Binance funds because it was already blocked by binance for US customers a year ago?

Even if you find managed to recover the password via resent link still you will fail at the verification status right?

I don't think that was me because the last time I accessed my Binance.com account, I was selling my alt coins to try to buy BNB and BTC. I sold most of what i could but forgot to go back  and transfer anything, but at the time crypto wasn't doing much so I guess it was just out of mind. I did have a different name before this though, but when I tried to log into my account it said I was not registered here so I set up a new account using the same email address. I have no idea if they wiped accounts here or what happened. Just found a post from 2014 asking if it would be better to just buy BTC and hope the price went up

Yes, i am failing at the verification status right now.

My preference by far is for binance.com to just transfer my stuff. The only reason I am asking about the VPN is that I cannot get through to Binance to get any help from them

Wait, you are the one who asked you can't able to access Binance funds

I don't think that was me because the last time I accessed my Binance.com account,
It seems you are the one! I just quoted what you asked with another thread!

I did not pull my funds from Binance.com and can no longer access them. I went online to get help, but could not find a phone number or a way to do this.

I opened a Binance.us account, but they are not connected and that did not help.

I try to sign into the binance.com site, but the verification wants me to blink my eyes or shake my head. After doing it, I get a message saying the validation failed.

Any chance I can get this resolved? Any ideas on how to do it?

Thank you

So you are already verified then right?  So what about those us citizens who use binance and haven't used it in a while?  Once you log in once again from your US ip address, you going to get account locked?  Can any us citizens confirm this?  So it doesn't matter if you did verification or not right?

Any other us citizens who are expats or abroad all the time outside the US with issues with binance?  I never did verification with binance and outside the US so when i log into it... it would show a non US ip address... thus no vpn required.  Curious if any american citizens can continue to use binance this way if they are outside the US and also never did verification?

I also got to assume if you did verification with your US documents as a US citizen but abroad all the time, then you would have gotten account frozen?

Sounds familiar. So many have become time travelers lately.
Maybe he will introduce himself to us as Luka_Magnotta and tell us what will happen to bitcoin, as he predicted a few years ago.  Smiley
