You are right khaled0111. When restoring Electrum-native seeds you don't have to select the address type. That is only the case when you select the
BIP39 seed option during the restoration process. My mistake! I use Electrum together with a hardware wallet so I thought the process is the same when restoring third-party and native-Electrum seeds.
OP could have sent the funds to the wrong address or he is using the wrong seed like you said.
To check if he is infected with a clipboard hijacker, I would suggest mee point to copy paste any bitcoin address somewhere to see if the same address is pasted or if it gets automatically changed.

Copy/paste this address in your browser or the send tab in Electrum just to check if the correct address will be shown. That way we will know for sure if we can rule out a crypto clipboard malware.
