I love how you label them as a normal people. Truth be told, its a typical reaction for people to be afraid or reject something they don't know. The lack of understanding of the said token leads them in rejecting the idea, worse is cursing it.

Basically, this is the ignorance of the subject matter why most people are afraid of something. If they will start educating themselves, they will learn more and so they will understand the true nature of it. And I guess, they will be the one endorsing it to their family and friends once they get acquainted with bitcoin or crypto. If they will try at least one bitcoin transaction, I bet, they will change their mindset. Sometimes, it is only in their heads why they reacting for something they don't know of.

Well I guess there is no other reason why there are people who are being afraid with bitcoin and it is the lack of knowledge when it comes to this cryptocurrency. So when your relatives or someone you known are being afraid with bitcoin since you already know and already dealing with bitcoin be it trading or investment it is not exactly your responsibility to explain or enlightened them about bitcoin but if ever they ask you about it i bet you should do it.

Knowledge of people just on the outer edge of this market, people are often very afraid to ask questions and there is no instructor, as a result, they have not officially joined and been scammed because in my country, there are binary websites, the form of monetization is based on the judgment of going up or down in thirty seconds with bitcoin, a lot of groups are made to make money through other people's commissions, they show a lot of victory through images but that's just a scam. Each country will have similar scam methods, ordinary people who have not entered the market are exposed to such risks, they are very afraid

Hello everybody. I understand that the definition of "ordinary people" is associated with those people who are familiar only with information about Bitcoin and only from the state media. And the information there, unfortunately, is one-sided, mostly negative, comparing Bitcoin with a global deception. Here is your answer - "an ordinary person" leads an ordinary life, - he goes to "ordinary" work, he has enough money from his salary, to his salary, - he is satisfied with everything in this life. We are not ordinary, - in our life we always lack something new, revolutionary, exploding the usual foundations, which is absolutely unnecessary for an "ordinary" person.

This is maybe because of their ignorance about bitcoin, what I mean is that, yes they knew bitcoin is profitable and they are thinking that it is easy to make a profit with it but the truth is, it is much riskier than they think it is. They invest in some projects or on bitcoin itself, buying and holding it for some time but then the nature of crypto is not that good or even bad, as long as you know it, you can make a profit. Some people who already lost their money on investing thinking that bitcoin itself is a scam, we all know that it is not. It is because they lack knowledge with regards to cryptocurrency. Bitcoin itself is profitable and we can prove that to them not by just boasting any of our profit but also to help them how we got those profits.

Due to lack of knowledge then you would really be having those kind of feeling when dealing up with something and you dont have any idea on what youre doing then most likely
you would really be that afraid but i dont see for you to get afraid because we do all can deal with things that we want. Its normal to get uneasy but we can learn
up things if we wanted to.I dont really agree about calling ordinary people because we do all start from scratch and if you do find out someone who do have some hard time
on understanding then it isnt a bad one if you do explain them out about the basics.

Someone told me not long ago: Bitcoin is a dangerous game. It is even possible for some people or groups to take over the blockchain through a majority and destroy the entire mechanism. People don't know they are playing these games.

For a long time buying Google at a high price, Amazon and Apple are both good choices for me.

Yes, there are a lot of stocks there, there are also cryptocurrencies, there are also many bonds and debt instruments.
In the US, there are obviously 9,600 mutual funds (quick Google search)
. The question is, which of the thousands is worth buying.

Just because some or many of the available options are not good investments, it does not mean that the entire asset class is bad.

The prosperity of encryption technology is just like the technological prosperity. They have got a lot of IPOs because of various stupid ideas. Most of these technology companies are stupid and not worth it.
Nowadays, there are many ICOs, most of them are stupid and not worth it.

However, there are still opportunities to realize value.

Also about digital assets. Digital assets have become a reality.
Did you know that Fortnite had nearly $2 billion in revenue last year?
Do you know what these billion users got? Different appearances in the game can give characters different dance moves.
You can play the exact same game without paying any fees.

People are afraid of whatever they don't understand

Cause is not before and effect is not after

Life is also a dangerous game because you don't know what will happen in the next minute. The risk in every business, so what you as businessman/woman need to do is to study it well before venturing into it. Moreover, you can't invest in every business. To me, Cryptocurrency business is not risky. I always get more than what i invest in; i loose in some but the gain of others cover it.

What do you mean by ordinary people? We're also ordinary people like them but what makes us different is we are open to the endless possibility of BTC/Cryptocurrency to grow. It's only natural for them to be afraid of investing in something they don't fully understand and losing the investment is what they fear most, not BTC itself. There's a lot of investment opportunities out there, we can't assume people are afraid to invest just because they're not into it. Maybe it's not their preferred type of investment. Well, who knows?

I think that many people are afraid of bitcoins, only because they have never encountered them, because almost all people sit in their comfort zone and do not want to open up to something new ... Bitcoin is of course something intangible and it is a digital asset, in order to believe in him, you need to get at least some benefit from him ...

You can't blame the ordinary people, when they hear about scams related to cryptocurrency all the time. On top of that, the volatility within the cryptocurrency sector is much higher when compared to other investment assets such as equity or stocks. A lot of potential investors are scared of what happened in 2015 and 2018, when the prices crashed by 80% to 85% in a short period of time. On top of that, the legal status of cryptocurrency is not yet clear in a lot of the countries (including India and China).

It's just that bad news spreads much better than good news Wink Despite everything, bitcoin has still not become a familiar investment asset and the media often does not add credibility with its negative materials. Therefore, even if professional investors do not have a consensus on this issue, it is difficult to expect a strong level of trust from ordinary people. And distrust and a poor level of information ownership give rise to fears.

I had a conversation with a friend the other day and we stumbled talking about Bitcoin during the time. He said that he feels that if he invested with Bitcoin he might get scammed by it and that is why he hesitates to ask for my help. I told him that scams are like the scams using fiat currency, it does not define Bitcoin and Fiat at the same time since the scams are caused by people and not Bitcoin itself. I guess it will take a lot of convincing before he will be convinced to invest.

But how many of them are willing to know more about bitcoin?
I think unless they step up and do their own due diligence on bitcoin rather than relying on media that’s a control freak.
Until that happens people won’t be able to find what’s good for them.
that's the importance of having broad insight and not getting stuck in a comfort zone. I often talk to friends - who I know from the crypto community-, most of whom can be involved here because of the desire to earn money online, so they start searching on google to get to know bitcoin and altcoin, learn about it, then adapt to their abilities each.
that's where I really know the meaning of knowledge is power.

so for people who are still doubtful and afraid of this ecosystem, they just don't know this very well. and don't be afraid to try, loss is a natural thing, make it a lesson.

If you talk about people who have zero knowledge about bitcoin then yes they are afraid of bitcoin, for them bitcoin is something used in ransomware, dark net and alike stuff. The more you know about bitcoin more is your fear gone.

But how many of them are willing to know more about bitcoin?
I think unless they step up and do their own due diligence on bitcoin rather than relying on media that’s a control freak.
Until that happens people won’t be able to find what’s good for them.

Actually, how does these people with zero knowledge be afraid of something, they have zero knowledge in the first place? I would say they have very little knowledge about something so I am afraid of it. I cannot say that I have zero knowledge about the existence of lions so I fear them. I do not know the existence of lions in the first place. So once bitcoins enter their lives they will be overwhelmed and without proper learning they will simply surrender and not do crypto.

Wrong information spreads faster than the good one. Scamming and all the negative information injected first into their minds that's why they never listen to anyone who talks about crypto in positive looks. We can never force these kinds of people to believe us, nor they bothered to listen to our explanations, they are already closing the door to a great opportunity, we can do nothing with them but just let them choose what they want.

Until now, many are still not a believer and do not know deeply what Bitcoin is. Some people buy Bitcoin because it is very easy now to gain profit but still they do not know what is the purpose of Bitcoin or do not believe in the objective of Bitcoin.

Some people are just afraid to go outside their comfort zone. Maybe because they just do not want to risk their hard-earned money with the idea that they do not know or they are just contented with what they know and have right now. And of course, many institutions are still telling lies or negative feedbacks regarding Bitcoin.

People are afraid to explore cryptocurrency because of the volatility which makes it risky, ordinary people who earn only enough money to survive daily won't take the risk of buying bitcoin because of no assurance that they can earn money from it.

The second reason might be lack of knowledge, even though they haven't experienced yet invest in cryptocurrency, they still keep on judging cryptocurrency as they think that most of it is a scam, and some just do not mind research to know whether the knowledge they have to bow is enough to judge bitcoin.
I think that many people are afraid of bitcoins, only because they have never encountered them, because almost all people sit in their comfort zone and do not want to open up to something new ... Bitcoin is of course something intangible and it is a digital asset, in order to believe in him, you need to get at least some benefit from him ...
Yeah, just like normal people, when we haven't tried yet a certain thing then we feel being afraid because of being uncomfortable, that is also what some other people feels about cryptocurrency.

Maybe ordinary people were afraid of Bitcoin some years ago, but now there are more and more people are interested in Bitcoin.
