Am I the only one that noticed that all the casinos that are run by softswiss choose to not show you the terms while making a deposit and then they end up not working. whatsup with that. Those specific casinos always end up scamming you for their money. The one time I finally win something my withdrawal is declined because some type of bullshit in the terms. do you guys think this is some way of them trying to scam all their players?

You mean this one https://www.softswiss.com/ it's not on the software but it's on the developers that are running the project, they are the ones who scammed you if you have been scammed, not the software, if the developer using the software is honest and transparent he will see to it that the script is tweaked according to his needs and will show the terms and anything that gamblers want to see.

If you are not comfortable with soft swiss based gambling then don't play on them, I'm sure there are soft swiss based gambling sites that are honest.

If a gambling site no term of services or not showing it, it is already a red flag then. Why you still deposit your money there if you don't see any terms? That is already fishy then. But if it is your first time, I am sorry for your loss.
Regarding Softswiss which they are just only providing online casino software, I think the company mentioned got no connection on the site where the software being used, it is on the gambling site that using their software. But maybe if you can report to Softswiss, they can try to investigate or do something, upon checking the Softswiss website, you can contact them here: https://www.softswiss.com/contact-us/ .
I agree with this for me it isn't really the software but the company or the site are using it.
OP should also give us more information about the gambling site so we could avoid it and red flag the gambling site so others would be aware of it.
The first thing that gamblers should do when playing with new gambling site that they aren't familiar with should be checking the TOS so they could avoid any conflict on the site.
But if the site isn't showing any TOS then you should already know that something is wrong with it so you should avoid it.
How could you expect it to run smoothly if they couldn't even provide their gambler with TOS?

Don’t deposit and play to unfamiliar online casinos even if they offer huge amount of bonuses. There’s a lot of legit crypto casinos in the internet and a lot of happy players are satisfied with their services, don’t waste your time on low reputation and suspicious one. If you’re hesitant you can search for feedbacks online or research about their background.
People need to begin to learn how to use their common sense, most of those casinos that are relatively unknown offer great bonuses to try to attract players, on one hand if the casino owners are honest then they are doing this in order to attract players and eventually build a community of loyal gamblers, and there is nothing wrong with that, but we know that in the market of cryptocurrencies there are too many scammers and there is a very high chance that those people are looking just to get your money, in which case it is better to stick with casinos that have good reputations in the forum.
