PLEASE HELP !!! kucoin deposited usdt wont show on dashboard ?

hello guys, please of someone had experience the same thing, what did you do and what have we done wrong ?

yesterday evening i deposited 130$ iny usdt erc20 based wallet on kucoin from trust wallet. the transaction succeed and when you try to see the address on etherscan, the usdt is showing there. But in kucoin it won't show. I dont know what is wrong. please help if you know something about it. thanks.

Go directly to their support or maybe visit their telegram channel and tell your errors to the admin there so that they could help you on your issue.

Also beware of scammers since there are so many impersonators there so make sure you send a message to the real admins and don't entertain any message from random users or who pm you first telling that they will help you.

^ Have you tried the live chat? https://support.kucoin.plus/hc/en-us/requests/new, just click on this link and find the live chat on the below screen on the right side corner, you will find the color green logo chat.
Probably, you did not receive a response because it has come from their bot, try to use human service and access the live chat, it is an actual person who will assist you. It will worth it if you will try how many times until you succeeded.

Exchanges will take few days for responding to support ticket and its already 5 days gone hope your case was resolved now.

And also beware of clone sites, never enter into the site which is showing in the ads section and always remember to bookmark the exchange which you are using regularly.

Is your USDT deposit has been credited already and showing in your balance, @OP?

If that's still not yet reflecting, you really have to reach kucoin badly in all of their contacts where you can have a talk with any of their representative to have and take a look into your account.

Provided all those that needed, TXID and explain the problem. And if you've done that with all of the days that have passed, hoping that your case was resolved.

You can ask the help of the Kucoin representative by sending a pm on the forum. They have once accelerated the ticker response time but it is all luck at the end of the day.
