I registered on true.bet and applied for 0.0001btc signup bonus, I betted and and made build my bankroll to 0.0005 btc  and tried to cash out as this was the minimum balance required and guess what bingo!! they have increased the minimum cash out to 0.001btc. I betted my 0.00049 btc witha guy name pauli who is kind of chat moderator and  won 0.0011 btc ( screen shot attached). And now all is going well but when i requested a ash out of 0.0011 btc they send me 0.0001btc instead when I enquire they accused me of some multi account bullshit ( all was fine before cash out).
I want them to pay me not only my winnings but extra 0.001btc as compensation ( Ya you heard it right.)

Well, I smell not something good here. You already know that this person above has abused the promotion but still, you let him withdraw the bonus?
That's a lot of work betting against yourself just to have a guarantee wins, rather than sending directly into each account the bonus and I hope this loophole will be fixed because it will perhaps be abused by others.
However, OP can move this into a scam accusation board and compile a lot of proof that Op was saying the truth. We don't know yet who is telling the truth.

It is the duty of gambling platform itself to be robust and proactive towards preventing multiple accounting bonus abuse, if there is any. When you took his/her bet (does not matter if bonus or deposit) you must cash him out .You cannot simply hide behind the multiple account excuse (quite prevalent in crypto community though).

but the question is Why from the 0.0005 withdrawal minimum suddenly you increased to 0.001? you should have told Him the very Moment He tried to cash out from that 0.0005 about His Violation but not you instead try to beat Him again by increasing the minimum withdrawal so he will be obliged to either deposit or try to win again so the withdrawal will be allowed but to your surprise He won again and now here's the violation enters?

Since their casino detected the fraud. I bet increasing the minimum withdrawal should do to avoid user to cash out. I'm not sure if it is the best possible option for them, but since they claimed that the OP multi-accounts through tor, I believe it's not that bad. Better to put some evidences tho.

This is a typical scenario where casino is using the VPN reason to user that successfully won in there giveaway. The thing that really surprise me on this case was the amount that the casino are denying to pay was small enough to escalate like this. LOL.

One of the questionable mistake is, why did they have to change the minimum withdrawal amount instantly? I think it will surely be too unfair for, Op. However, Op should raise this concern to them right away so they could both fix it directly because issues like this will ruin the reputation of a certain site.

It is difficult to be a judge in this case, on the one hand when it is allowed to enter platforms using VPN and creating multiple accounts is something very difficult for casino owners to handle, in this case I think they can reach an agreement if the site shows the evidence that tor nodes were used to get there and realize that it is multi-account, the other option is that I do not think that a site that is starting with 0.001BTC is going to leave everything like that, it is best to fix it in the best way so that the site follow its growth.

If you plan a signature campaign on the forum, you have to clean up and build a great reputation so that the platform will be more successful and generate much more trust.

They have just started the business earlier this month, so it wont be good start if they cant resolve this accusation.
They need to do it as soon as possible, it is not that complicated issue to resolve IMO and if they cant provide the proof publicly, they can show it to one or two reputable members in this forum to verify it.

We would never share a non TOR node account. TOR nodes are public hence why we shared it.

It Just Looks like here we go again, another Newbie account that accusing a Newly advertised  gambling site Here in Forum about their Banning issue and with the same case of Violating their TOS with Cheating having Multiple accounts.

I registered on true.bet and applied for 0.0001btc signup bonus, I betted and and made build my bankroll to 0.0005 btc  and tried to cash out as this was the minimum balance required and guess what bingo!! they have increased the minimum cash out to 0.001btc. I betted my 0.00049 btc witha guy name pauli who is kind of chat moderator and  won 0.0011 btc ( screen shot attached). And now all is going well but when i requested a ash out of 0.0011 btc they send me 0.0001btc instead when I enquire they accused me of some multi account bullshit ( all was fine before cash out).
I want them to pay me not only my winnings but extra 0.001btc as compensation ( Ya you heard it right.)

I never posted that you are a fraud or scam all I posted is this is a gambling section and this discussion does not belong here by moving it on the scam section you can have fairness, once you provided all your proofs there and proved that OP is cheating, he can be tagged for trying to manipulate the bonus, don't worry you are not the only one, there are trusted gambling sites that were accused and in the end those who accused got tagged for misleading information, so far I don't see you scam anybody here.

I guess they saw that people were able to abuse the promotion due to the lower withdrawal requirement and hence they acted quick by increasing the requirements. I don't see anything wrong here (unless they canceled his withdrawals and then increased the requirement. That would be wrong).

Oh man! That is escalating to some new highs...lol. Clearly casino is at the fault as far as I can tell for below mentioned reasons:

1) Booking his action, (If he/she made so called multi accounts, though even with four account and with 10k sat bonus math does not add up).
2) OP posted a screenshot of his winning against some guy named Pauli (Which is not mentioned by casino in multi accounting list), so assuming screenshot is not fake, Technically they cheated both Pauli and OP.
3) No fair casino will post IP addresses with username publicly.
4)They can come up with such excuses in future for sure if they are going to that extent for couple of bucks.

That's a lot of work betting against yourself just to have a guarantee wins, rather than sending directly into each account the bonus and I hope this loophole will be fixed because it will perhaps be abused by others.
However, OP can move this into a scam accusation board and compile a lot of proof that Op was saying the truth. We don't know yet who is telling the truth.

creating account in that site amd making a bet is pretty simple and even me i was also suspecting of that site before if its legit or not because they instantly gave a big and easy bonus and the withdrawal is small plus i think it can be easily abused right at the start so im not surprise that they will increase thier limits and be extra strict with the rules . sending tip from the other user isnt possible by the way

Your comment is actually my answer to some questions on the previous page! This is not a gambling discussion, this is the casino banning some "possible alt accounts", and as I said if OP is honest he should open a scam accusation, he can present proofs, I guess members will give their opinion and if proofs are strong they will flag casino! Just, really rarely we have newbies with strong proofs...
Looks like tru.bet is pretty sure that these accounts are connected, so I think it's pointless to continue with discussing it further... I doubt we will end up discussing gambling in any way!

From what I can tell. The user created multiple accounts and bet between themselves to accumulate a decent chunk. Then bet against a regular player on the website to legitimize his winnings and show "proof" that he won it fair and square. Regarding why they still processed the withdrawal, It could basically just be inexperience. They are new into the market and probably haven't faced similar situation before. They did learn from it and updated their terms so that, it isn't easy to abuse the giveaway anymore. This is a known problem for sportsbooks without KYC. Some people will do absolutely everything to abuse and take any advantage they find. You will se a ton "scam accusations" against reputable sportsbooks on bitcointalk that do not require KYC. Most of those cases are similar and as follows.
- User finds some exploitable bonus or loophole.
- creates multiple accounts to take advantage of the said loophole
- The Sportsbook detects unusual activity and blocks the account
- User creates scam accusation here on bitcointalk with proof and claim no wrongdoings from their side.
- Since there is no KYC, It becomes close to impossible(without giving crucial details about how their security flags users) for the casino/sportsbooks to prove that the user is abusing their system.

I am not saying that the sportsbook is never at fault but, I am saying that in a lot of these cases. Its the individual who is the culprit. Think about it, why would an already lucrative business try to con 1 random user and taint their image for what? 0.001 BTC?

But using alt accounts to defend your actions/statements won't get you far. They probably scammed you (you still haven't answered. 3. Scammer is still giving bonus so that he can hire some cheap publicity so that any noob depositor can be trapped via their own house players fake bet slip, which is never going to be paid.

4. The whole modus operandi of this cheap scam is to give some lucrative odds to people as in my case no other sensible website will offer 2.3 odds on that particular event ( You can check that for verification) and then somehow make excuses and take their winnings because scammer will be posting  his own fake bet.

This person was fraudulently creating accounts via tor nodes, gathering their bonuses and betting solely against themself to guarantee a win. We banned this player and have had to stop issuing the welcome bonuses. We have no room for players like this. We should also mention we cashed out their initial bonus amount. Thank you.

I have opened a reputation thread with evidence that he's just looking to make a quick buck abusing tru.bet but has been unsuccessful so he's just going on a long tantrum.

Do you want me to believe that a newbie account "randomly" found a new betting exchange who were running a giveaway ONLY on bitcointalk and had no digital presence anywhere else. He only made his bitcointalk account when his attempt to cashout wasn't successful. Which implies that he has alt accounts on bitcointalk.  Feel free to go through the evidence that I have submitted and let me know.
