First time scammed , very frustrated

There is a start for everything , so i just get first time scammed and hope last time.
Since few times i follow polkadot env and liked their projects especially polkastarter . it's like the ico's for projects to raise money . I wanted to participate to one of them and got whitelisted to superfarm ($super) to buy in the presale at a good price but sended 0.25 eth to wrong adress . yes i'm little bit dumb they made a clone of their official telegram channel and i get caught . usually i don't do that but we all do mistakes .

i hope he will die  with a cancer . i lost $447.83USD that's 50% of my humble portfolio and i worked hard to put this money in . i know that there is nothing i can do and i feel little bit down but that's life assholes are everywhere . Whitout this scammers cryptocurrency and the world would be better .

That should be your last. Gather everything you did and find out where is the part you did mistake for you to get scam so that it will never gonna happen again because you learned from it. Scammers are everywhere here in crypto and just waiting for you to get caught by them, we must be very careful and vigilant as always.

Take this as a lesson learned for you because due to greed or carelessness and desperation on some situations you would really be most likely to end up like this.
This is why we should really be careful specially on inputting addresses or sending out funds.Dont rush up and be careful into your next actions.
Be sensible and be aware because scammers are just really waiting up for the right time to scam out people. When you do intend to invest
then always make research and verification not only one,twice but need lots before proceeding.

Very sorry for your loss. If it's for your consolation I was robed for more than $100k, which was 90% of my portfolio at that moment.

It will be fine if you open scam accusations and post all proof which you have about them. It will not help you, but maybe you will save someone's else money.

If you often check the scam section there's always a warning about clone and phishing site and details of the sites and telegram groups, all members should always check the scam section if you are a serious investor and you should always do diligent research it will save you a fortune and your portfolio as well, you don't have to go through this scam if you take your time to do your research.

and before joining any telegram channel you must go to offiicial website first, so you will go to the real channel from the project

I understand how you feel, because everyone must have experienced mistakes with different stories.
I also invested in a project that looked potential, but I lost a lot because the team left the project.
we just need to learn from this experience to be more careful and careful in investing and making transactions. Always check the recipient's wallet if you are going to make a transaction.

Sorry for your loss mate, there's nothing we can do here but I think the best thing as of now is to accept and move on, that's irreversible and it's impossible to get back your fund.  The Ehereum address that you've given, there are 33 transactions and more than 21 Ethereum the balance, most probably not only you here their victim, there could be more.

I mistake that I think you've your money lost because you didn't have further research of what you invest, giving at least a  couple of days before deciding to buy their ICO.  Scammers now also improved, they are smarter than us, but if we have extra diligence upon invetsing, we might not fall into the trap.

Dude, you should learn the lesson if admin will never pm you first and i think that the admin already putted this into his name on the telegram group. I feel like if you are getting fooled by the scammers because you didn't aware about that dude.

We do have all the same experiences when we get first scammed where frustrations and anger can be felt all in all but there's no point if you do just simply stood still and wont move forward.

We need to learn up those mistakes even though we are confident that we are already knowledgeable but you shouldnt let your guard down.Always be wise and be aware on possible new modus

on where these scammers would use in upcoming times because they would always be having those new ways or techniques on scamming out people.
Always read and search up because this would really be a helpful one on saving up yourself and of course your own common sense should be on the work too.

It's only natural that you get frustrated by getting scams in the crypto industry. That's what happens if one is not careful in investing. In your case,
I've experienced the same thing. Make this a lesson, I do not advise you to keep investing in crypto, if you do not take the time to  always analyze

I don't want to be a victim blamer I hope you can move forward on this bad experience, and I hope you can get your money back from profits from your other investment, this is really saddening but I'm sure you will learn from this and it's good that you share your experience so you can warn others, scammers are everywhere here, waiting for people to make a big mistake.

Even @OP send to the right address, it means OP is still send to the scammer address. This wouldn't solve the problem with OP case here.

And for the second advice I agreed with you, before join/chat in outside platform you need to check/validity the originality by ask or go in through their official website/service.

Just like if you want to trade in this forum, someone send you a PM in telegram he said he is XXX, don't be tricked. Ask him for confirmation with his BTT account in a PM here, if he can't do it it's a scammer or impostor.

Even @OP send to the right address, it means OP is still send to the scammer address. This wouldn't solve the problem with OP case here.

I agree you should be more careful on who you are dealing with not on the address, be sure that the one you are going to send is the contract address, you have a warning like that on Uniswap exchange, because so many scammers are creating clone or fake coin to deceive sender so always check who you are dealing with and are you sending to the right coin or token.

Wow it seems there's lot of people got scammed and send money to this address. Maybe people should start report and give a tag to this address on etherscan to prevent more people fell in the same hole.
Please share the instagram link to the OP.

It is a must to doble check the website, social media accounts etc before sending money to any project.

Well, mistakes will give us a lesson to correct and be aware in the future. Ive been scammed, too by a particular person, too. Ive entrusted my fund with that person, probably a woman and gives me flowery words and make me trust her even more with those proofs she has shown me.

Just accept the fact that you lost that money. Since transactions are irreversible so you cant do anything abouy it except foe reporting his telegram account. I understand that you rarn thay money hard but moving on is the best thing to do. If their are losses, they will be upcoming gains double from how much you lose.

We can't do anything, because all of that has been carefully planned by con artists who have been like ghosts who are always in cyberspace looking for the next victim,,My advice is now to learn more to be calm and not make decisions too quickly, especially if there are links that we don't know hang sending us via our social media or email..
