-Mike McGlone, a Bloomberg Intelligence strategist, has described Bitcoin as a low risk, reserve asset, and predicted its price to reach $400,000 — 7 times higher than now — by the end of the year.

-NFTs (non-fungible tokens) continue growing in popularity. This week saw a few stories on this topic — one of New York Times reporters sold their column about NFT for 350 ETH. The proceeds will go to the Neediest Cases Fund established by the newspaper.

-Microsoft has announced the launch of a Digital ID platform ION on the Bitcoin blockchain.

-Cryptocurrency exchanges OKEx and MXC have decided to invest 40 million dollars into the Solana blockchain ecosystem (DeFi). Through the Solana Foundation grant system this money will be distributed among new projects.
