You won't be patient if you are not confident because it might lead you to dump the coins you are holding if you are not confident. No, patience isn't everything. First, you need to be in the right market. If for sure you know you're in a market that can't fail in the next x amount of time then you will find that having patience during times of market turbulence will be much easier. So, don't stick with a market you don't know much about, hold on those you know will do well...
