Im still try to shorting the market even when it was on the bullish trend but only use small amount and secure all of my profits in USDT. You need to wait 3 years but you are not sure if that year the price of the bitcoin and the altcoins are dump because maybe the price is very high and if that happen you do not have any coins and you will regret so I think it's better to invest some so what ever happen in the next few years you still have coins to and if the price of the crypto coins are high you earn profit. A wise investors and trader invested some coins if they have undecided but use extra money.

l respect your plan, but for me, it is so early to quit the market. That is why there are still a lot of opportunities and l don' want to stay away from them. l think staying away from the market till 2024 is not a great idea, because you will lose a lot of things like money, knowledge, information. 2 years is a long time and as you know the technology is changing every day. You should follow the trend, if you can not do it you will lose. l prefer waiting for bear market season, if l have 10k, l would not wait for 2024. l would make it 4 times maybe 5 times higher till 2024. It is uncertain to know what will happen in 2024, however, l think, it is a better time to make something than waiting for two years.

No matter what happened, some of us has been here for so long. we have been here since 2017. starting when BTC went down to 7000 usd and we have hold the line. it is true that the market has gone down and may go down the more but that does not prove the fact that the bull market is over. we will see more bull and also more institution embrace cryptocurrency. the future is here.

Congratulations to you if you have done your exit and got your profits. As long as you've made yourself satisfied and you're happy taking it out, there's no need to regret about it.

And as you've said, you'll come back in 2024 if you want to. My plan is just to keep holding and no need to panic this time, I did my part of selling too.

Sure, As long as you make your profit already in the market it is still a good investment since you still made a profit. For sure there are always plenty of opportunities to make your entry.

However, I still think that the market is different these days, and compared to the past years the growth these times is very different and fast compared to the past bull markets.

I think I will hold on to my investment in altcoins, but still, bitcoin is a long term investment for me and I think its always a great time to hold bitcoin because we could always expect a price increase because of the increasing demand in the market as well as the limited supply.

And all I can see at the moment is that this is the time for us to take the chance to buy altcoins in the market

Do things as you like because its your money after all but one things for sure that you dont even know on what the market looks like on year 2024 neither you would came back
but the market is on deep reds or bearish run.Who knows right?  3 years time would really be somewhat a long time not to engage into a market where you can potentially see lots

It's not too long for him. If it's his choice and i hope crypto will be bullish again and people will come again to the crypto.
he was believing in the 4 year cycle on crypto but he forgot if crypto can't be dumped even deeper than before. There will always be a chance for crypto to go up anytime soon.

why don't you wait for the best price to be able to buy the current top asset and go out of the market? the market is showing a downward movement but it is still slow. buying now will definitely be detrimental even though the asset you choose is an asset that is less profitable at this time. just wait for the pump to finish and fill your bag with quality assets in the market.

It's not too long for him. I do believe if he has his own reason why he will be coming back again 3 years later. Some people who believe in the 4 year bullish cycle in crypto was always doing this thing.
I personally called this as hibernate for them all. These people are only playing when crypto started to enter the bullish trend again.
I see some people are also retiring crypto on yearly basis and they will come back again next year.

You don't know where the top is, but I can't help but to agree. Many that did their research know that price will crash one day, however for the bull run to end, it will need to first go into a parabolic trajectory. If this doesn't happen and the bull run just ended now, then the chart is off, and the reason is the 2019 bull run that shouldn't have been, but it happened because of the Chinese Ponzi schemes that were running wild during that year and made billions in Bitcoin purchases.
I am not going to tell you that you are wrong, and possible all the rest that tell you not to stop now, they are also right. Because price will very possibly rise again, but it won't be too far from the top. Even $100,000 will be just double from the previous ATH, while a year ago the potential was for ten times profit or 1000%. Now it is 1/10th of that. Remember to come back before 2024, sometime in mid 2023.

Fiat money is being printed left and right. I don't think the bull market is over. Unless you need the money for a purchase it will lose value if you keep it in fiat or try to save it in a bank account.
