You don't want to ask your friends to place bets for you. I mean unless they are someone who is very chill with you, you should never tell anyone else to do it on your behalf. What if you lose big? Your "friend" is going to feel guilty or you will end up blaming him. What if you win big? You "friend" might think he deserve the win. Don't ever tell some random friend to place bets on your behalf.

Totally agree. Mixing family and friendship with money (including gambling, crypto, borrowing etc) is a good recipe to ruin your relationships.

I think asking them to help you buy a number ticket for a few cents or a lottery ticket that they can pass to you when they are home (like if they're going to the shops) is okay and I do it all the time.

But to ask them to take money and bet for you? Utterly ridiculous. Don't ruin your friendship:)

I ask my friend to place bets for me but that is only for a friend that I really trust and we always share many things before. I do not select random friends to place the bets because I know how it feels to be betrayed by the wrong friend. To find that friend is hard, but that is worth it because if we can find the right friend, that is the best friend that will always be beside us whenever we are in a happy or sad moment.

I think betting with friends will give an exciting time for us because we can talk or trick them on the analysis or joke with them. When we gamble with them, I think the winner or loser will not be too important because I can enjoy our time with them. Maybe that is a competition between us, but that will be more fun if we want to spend our time together. If we're going to join in the competitions while we are lone better, we can ask some of our friends to place the bet for us.

I mean, that should count as a competitive one tbh. As long as some sort of argument was made even if you were friends, that should count as something like a competition, just that maybe it's a bit more on the lighter side since you're playing with your friends. Even with strangers, it should still count. As long as someone isn't an extreme introvert, I'm pretty sure communication would easily be established, even if you guys are people who just met for the first time. Plus, having someone to talk to about the events that happen can easily open up to some new views that you may actually gain enlightenment on.

We do not call that as competition like in the out there because we only gamble because of fun, and if one of us wins the game, that will not be a problem. That is why we need to find the right friends who will understand who we are and do the same thing. I am glad that I have some friends who can know each other and can be trusted, so I do not doubt our loyalty. So whenever we play gambling together, whether offline or online or even place a bet, we can trust that friend because we really know each other.

In past times when there wasn't crypto currency, the lone bettor possibility didn't exist for many gamblers. Without crypto gambling sites we had to compete with other people in real life, betting in sports results through fiat currency. But now I don't see this necessity anymore. A gambler can play from anywhere, alone, since he has an internet connection and with the advantage of having more balanced odds regard sports betting.
On the other hand, if I had some good friends who enjoyed gambling maybe I would change my mind.

Yeah, that is the reality, whenever we have seen someone who also does what we are doing then it triggers us to do it better because we want them to beat and that is the character of being competitive, it is not bad just like some others think, you just want to get the reward upon reaching the highest or become the top.

I love competitions but I am feeling ok even while playing alone. In the past I have taken part in a series of competitions hosted by direct bets and I have also win a couple! Indeed there is a lot of time and effort required for a good result. High payout/prizes, competitors and generally not easy tasks give a special emotion for that competitions. I have not participated anymore in other games since then, I don't know if anyone will launch a nice tournament like these.

 Actually i don't gamble much. but for me if there's a competition probably i will choose to have a team behind when it comes gambling.. Im not saying being a lone bettor isn't good, since playing on your own there's no pressure at all., unlike with team because for sure there will be different decisions and plans. I stick to the original purpose of gambling which is for entertainment. I don't compete or even spend too much just to beat my opponent but I rather focus on my game until I feel entertained. I would rather enjoy and feel the excitement of each bet than focusing on defeating others.

Having fun is one of the main motives on why you do play gambling.It doesnt matter if you do make out solo bets or going with team or whatsoever as long you do enjoy and you do find on what you seek for
then thats the most important thing.People are way different into things so expect that there would really be different selections in regards to this but overall no one could really sue you out or stop
you on what are the things you do much prefer so its our own business on what are the things we do like.

That should be the goal of most bettors. So they will not incur debts or anything of that sort. However, you can't expect that gamblers will be like that. A lot of them are after for their potential winnings and going to the extent of borrowing money from someone. On my end, I am a lone bettor myself as I only bet for the matches that I am rooting for. That's what happened to me after participating in a few betting tournaments here, in the past I enjoyed betting without any pressure or calculations and I only made bets that I really liked. But after joining the competition I should at least be more knowledgeable in making bets than the many sports available. Participating on gambling competition for having fun is possible to do, like what I usually do in some gambling contest.
