In my opinion, don, 't expect much with the doge coin because these altcoins are like junk coins.  As we all know that Elon Musk is the only person who pumping this altcoin, and now the popularity of elon Musk has faded, the evidence is that his twettan no longer affects the development of the doge coin, so be the careful investing in this altcoin. ,

From the start I knew Doge coin which was created just as a joke, of course it made me not dare to invest all my money into Doge coin, especially if we have seen in the last few years there seems to be no positive news from the Doge coin team to raise the price of their coin in the market in my opinion, apart from the impact of the tweet made by Elon Musk, there seems to be no strong impetus for traders to buy Doge Coin and I am very sure that if Elon Musk is  bored of sensing Doge Coin, the price will fall back again.

I have the same thought. Let's not expect much, for there are still others who are thinking like it's a garbage coin.
Elon Musk had been the only one who pumped it real hard. He may have his own purpose with that action but we can always just ride that wave for profit.
Doge is not a long-term investment, IMO.
Just take what you can and buy it back when it's cheap. It's also enjoyable to play with it in trading.  A non-stop movement of few satoshis every second.

Up 5% today but yes, it's never a long-term investment I would say, even if it has actually been one of my strongest performers among all my entire starting portfolio! I can't use it a lot except in casinos, can't buy anything for it and can mainly save it but it's not even popular for Defi, so I really can't see much point in it beyond a useful alt in case you want to exchange for something.

Nah, it's still used as tips even today the same as I have seen for the past four years in gambling areas. Casinos are always where you see DOGE tipped and rained. As much as I love it, have yet to see anyone actually ask for payment in DOGE (except in casinos as usual).

Now $12 per coin is an insane prediction. It will never come true because of the inflation existent within the coin itself. With so many coins in circulation right now, I fail to see how DOGE could reach a price above $0.25 in the future. Even $1 per DOGE seems to be like a distant dream. Besides, Dogecoin is mostly used for tips and online gambling. The vast majority of people who invest into DOGE for the long term, don't know what they're doing. They simply made their decision based on hype. Once DOGE goes below $0.01 per coin, they'll be regretting themselves by not selling earlier.

Nonetheless, crypto behaves in many strange and bizarre ways. I'd be very surprised if DOGE hits $1 soon. With how wild and crazy crypto land has been as of late, anything can be expected. Elon Musk, Snoop Dogg, and other DOGE shills could pump its price on the market with their continued propaganda. Yet, the effects won't last for long because of the reasons mentioned earlier. There are far better coins out there on the market which make a better investment for the long term. Instead of investing massively into DOGE, people should invest massively into Bitcoin and Ethereum as these coins have a better future. Just my thoughts

Dogecoin was never a promising to invest, it never was a real coin. The reality is that Elon Musk tweeted about it and it became bigger than it should be. Realize the fact that how it was created was a pure joke and that's it, people used it mockingly, it didn't worth anything at all, and all the people that bought it and used it was doing it for fun and jokes.

After a while some people started to take it seriously when it shouldn't have been and it became to worth a lot more than it should worth and that is why it increased, the intention wasn't to make money with it, the initial intention was to have fun with it, but I guess some traders took it too seriously and it worth something. On top of that Elon tweeted about it and now people think it may worth something. In all seriousness if Elon tweets about it you could make money, but that's about it.

just in 24hours this coin goes insane again and increased 48% in its price.

The coinbase IPO is pumping doge coin. I see that if the growth that happens with doge recently is not causing by good news related to the doge coin. This is the bullish impact from the coinbase IPO and there are lots of positive comments about that as well. It already surpassed a new ATH but i do believe the price will be quite stable around 9 cents.

Remember doge is not failing so hard in the last pump and this time will a bit different compared with the old pump.

and now it's up 50% already and guess what it's because that damn elon musk tweet again  . At this point I think he has bought some amount of doge and just choose to conceal it because simply he wants to control the price somewhat. I mean just look at him, tweeting about it going to moon many times, if we think that elon doesn't posses any amount of doge in his hand then maybe we're too naive.

it sounded already that you have sold at $0.11 and you have planned to buy back at $0.09. there was strong support in around 0.04 before it shoots to where it is now. tried trading doge with small capital to play with the market so i'm going to wait for another week to see if doge falls back to its support when it couldn't break the $0.12.

Right now dogecoin is trading above 200 satoshi; probably it is still remaining one of potential altcoins to buy and hold for big targets. I am sure there are enough promotions are going on in favor of dogecoins which are definitely triggering more hype in coming days which might be taking dogecoins into new levels most probably, who knows? Someone predicted about 1000 satoshi for one dgecoin in long run; I was not taking that seriously but now I started to think about it in long run.

I am sure you will get opportunity to buy more for cheaper price levels but for that you must need to wait at least one year of time. What had happened to doge price recently is a sign that it's capable of reaching top most price in quickest time. Though we can't project a specific figure or value, I would love to predict at maximum of $1 this year. For those who prefers long term on doge holdings, $100 might be a reality someday.
