So long story short, do any programs exist where I generate bitcoin address's and the private keys associated with them. Then this program checks the blockchain to see if any bitcoin is currently stored in X address OR if bitcoin has moved through it at one point?

I searched through this section a little, and while I found some cool programs, and some stuff that sounded like it maybe did stuff similar to this, I couldnt find anything that did exactly this.

Not super tech savy, I use windows and dont know how to use linux. But I got a RTX 3090 and I-9 I would like to put to work trying to see if I can hit the lottery.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Yes there are numerous projects that have been created throughout the years by lowlife degenerates who think it is OK to steal other people's money just because they call it "luck" Wink. Of course none of them work because of the security that a 256-bit elliptic curve such as the one bitcoin uses provide.

I mean I called it a lottery for a reason... All the programs that I seem to find are linux based. Are you aware of any Windows with a GUI. I know its a super longshot.

As for your feelings regarding the people that make these programs, I completely understand. I wont debate the ethics of this right now.

I will leave you with this thought though, better thieves make better security. If for some reason, a way was found to find private keys faster than we currently think, or some method of "brute" forcing was proven to be more effective than it should be (as technology progress's) then I would hope bitcoin could fork and build a wall against this. (Mainly thinking of quantum computing, but hey, maybe some powerful AI will be developed soon...)

Money doesn't grow in trees, and neither does Bitcoin., you need to be lucky to get a bitcoin lottery ticket and if you are lucky, you will definitely find a ball of diamonds in front of your house.

or some method of "brute" forcing was proven to be more effective than it should be (as technology progress's) then I would hope bitcoin could fork and build a wall against this. (Mainly thinking of quantum computing, but hey, maybe some powerful AI will be developed soon...)
I do not think that quantum computing and other things should be worried about in the short term, Bitcoin is safe even if quantum computers emerge and all these weaknesses need tens of years to prove their effectiveness, so we do not need a solid division now.

Lowkey calling stealing the property of others as a lottery ticket is such a scummy move to do, I had seen this kind of things in Youtube but I know that all of them do not work and they are just in it for the views so they clickbait people, I mean no lowlife will reveal their discovery on the Internet that is if that lowlife is a smart one. Hey OP, do you think that you should be looking for that scum machine or you could just work your way up like any other honest people?

Why not solo mine and engage in a lottery where 1) you aren’t attempting to steal from someone, 2) you have an actual chance (albeit a small one) of getting a substantial amount of BTC, 3) you are helping secure the network instead of trying to break it?

Dude, there is a reason why they are Linux based, Linux is the programmers favorite OS. I do agree with you about making the security more better by trying to breach it or find a way to breach it but I don't think that a lot of people are going to be happy that this kind of white hat operation is happening, I mean the finances of this people are the ones that are getting compromised not yours.

I think that it is too hard for OP to do that, I mean OP blatantly asks if there is a project where the main purpose is stealing someone's wallet which means that OP isn't here for the honest to God work but the easy money.
