I don't think people use bitcoin for speculation only. Bitcoins can be very useful as form of payment around the world. Trading above 60,000 USD is just another step in the growth of bitcoin. Analyst are predicting a bitcoin price above 100,000 USD by next year. Also, I wouldn't look at bitcoin with a fixed value of x Usd. If you can get a tesla for a Bitcoin, you will eventually get two after the next few halvings.

I think that most people use Bitcoin for speculation only, it's how traders earn! When it comes to using, people (like I for example) are turning to other alts, where transactions are faster, and more important transactions are cheaper!
Therefore this topic belongs more to the speculation section... what after $60k, we will start thinking about $70k and $80k... that will come one day, and now we can speculate about when?! And I guess we will see many optimistic comments, but at the same time there will be many pessimistic ones... as always I would say!

But there was no massive adoption yet, and the reason why bitcoin has pumped and make a new ATH was not that, it was the institutional investors risking their money in crypto and people followed and got FOMO.

Restaurants or any businesses are not all ready to accept bitcoin yet, just imagine what would happen to their business if they can't manage bitcoin's volatility, and the fees are high. It's not time yet, well, eventually with the help of a 3rd party software, we will be able to minimize the fees and prevent its volatility, but for now its' not fully adopted yet, one example is the LN.

Even after bitcoin surpasses the $60k present goal, I think most of the crypto investors would just expect it and want it to current high. Also, not everyone is aware of bitcoin's existence, maybe the number of those who've heard about it have grown since it made a huge noise during the pandemic but still, not everyone is knowledgeable about it. Due to the high volatility, Bitcoin is best used as an investment asset in order to make a good profit, because it is not very profitable to use it as a means of payment in the current period. Although after a time when Bitcoin can increase its capitalization by 10-15 times, then its price will stabilize and only then Bitcoin will be used by almost everyone as a means of payment and even as a reliable storage. But on the way to that goal, regulatory issues must be addressed in each country. I don't get it, whenever bitcoin reaches to 60k, there is a boat loads of people selling their bitcoin. What's the point of selling it when it is 60k? However I am asking why people end up selling at 60k, why specifically there? Why not at 65k? Why not at 55k? Why just suddenly a ton of people show up and sell at 60k? What's so different about 60k than any other price? I do not get it and I believe we should be higher. We have gone above 60k before and we will do that again, no matter how many times the price falls, we keep attacking and we keep winning and that will continue for a long time, until people realize that price of 60k will be broken with them or without them and they will join and we will break it a lot easier.

bitcoin is so volatile reason its so unpredictable. but if you have enough knowledge how the things work it will become a very useful in your life mate. And also for the second question. There's a lot to be honest, since it became very usefu and so easy to use as well when it comes paying bills and etc..wherein even some popular store around the world are using it.. It has been a long wait. The ATH of 62K was achieved on 14th March. Almost 4 weeks have passed and we have been so far unable to breach that resistance of $60K once more. Actually it is surprising because of two factors. First of all, the altcoins have been going up like crazy. BNB is up by 38% during the last 7 days. XRP has gone up by 55% and TRX has increased by 113%. So why BTC is lagging behind? And secondly, a lot of Americans have already received their stimulus checks. I was expecting a major spike from the recipients purchasing BTC. But it hasn't happened as of yet.

There are many traders who do not have the patience to hold on for a long time so they sell bitcoin for a small profit from their capital. At this point this week bitcoin looks set to fall above 6,000 or be less flat also I don’t think it has any power and instead of this position bitcoin can actually be like bitcoin prizes will hover around the 6,000 level which is very unlikely to go below it. Although there is a high risk to trade in the money market it is possible to earn extra here if you can trade in the right way.

It is not healthy to hodl for a long time especially if you are only invested in bitcoin, you need to make more money and create more streams of income overtime. If bitcoin were to reach 60k I think that there is going to be nothing new because this kind of question has been asked when bitcoin was still around 50k or 20k, maybe what's next is that more big fishes will take notice and more FUDs is going to be spread.
