Since the first appearance of Rollbit here in bitcointalk through this thread, I really found the site attractive, specially the site is also being played by other known members here. In principle, I agree with you, but I think that also helps little. There are now so many ways to find out more about casinos. It starts here in a thread on Bitcointalk, goes to sites like btcgosu.com and ends with simple Google searches, which also include threads from other forums.

It is certainly not due to a lack of information if a player (unintentionally) violates the Terms of Use, I see this more as a fetching fault of information by the players themselves.
