Nah it was only 2000 Rollbots on presale and iirc there was around 1k people that got whitelisted ( cant seems to recall this ) and each one could purchase up to 3 so it was sold out pretty fast

2,000 Items is still a lot, I also became a moderator and was involved in projects.

We doing NFTs sale too with around 1,500 items and sold out because the bot sniping, on our second sale we make a different method by spreading each item. Even people can buy multiple items, I think still have some gap time maybe a couple minutes or hours if not buy by a bot.

Actually the main thing for which these NFT projects are being sold out so early is the hype of these projects and flipping them at higher prices gaining more profits for them.I have seen some of them being sold out within few seconds as some of the holders are already whitelisted and others don't want to miss the opportunity so we see huge rush for them.

One of the reason could be that the public sale wasnt cheap compared to some other NFT project back in the days. It was $1000 but presale was $500 so thats double from the presale's price and most NFT project usually cost lower than $1000 so back then there was some doubt from members that the price might not goes up further anymore

We do not have to worry, they will notify us when the release will be at the moment and that is how we will get to know about what is going to happen. It will not be like 2 hours before they release it, they will notify us long time before, like maybe a week before at least and then they will do countdown, like 6 days left, 5 days left etc etc until 2 hours then 1 hour then 30 minutes etc etc.

That is how they did it beforehand and that is how most places do it. They want all of it to be sold so they want to get the hype going before the sale. If they start doing it just 2 hours before then it would not make any sense at all since they would have hard time selling it and that would be bad for them.

This is not a simple presale, Rollbit NFT will be a big thing for the gamblers who plays on Rollbit, this can give them a huge privilege that many gamblers don't even have, this is why you can expect an easy sold out right after the release time.
