How can you speak of a sad situation when they paid you 32 Bticoins? Do you even realize how much money that is? That's a few lifetimes of work. I think you should be very lucky that they paid it out so quickly, other casinos would take much longer. Assuming your story is true of course.

I do not know, right now it looks like a proper NFT collection website and nothing more. I get that they are very proud with their NFT collection and that is a great thing, but thats it, I do not really see them promoting the casino part anymore. I am not denying that they started with the casino part, rollbit started out as a casino and still is a casino, but if you asked them how much money they spent on each, they definitely spent more on NFT for a while now. If they just applied some trendy thing and moving on, then I am fine with it but if they are stuck here and do not move away then it is a big problem.

No you are taking it wrong as they have added NFT to the casino not becoming soley focus on it as if you are not gambling on the Rollbit you won't get any extra benefits out of your rollbots like rakeback on each bet and lottery wins.So many players are gambling their regular way while others have also starting to sports bet also if you check it properly.

You may not get anything but there is a truth in there where they are promoting the NFT part of the casino a lot more than they promote anything else. How many marketing revolved around a game they have have you seen lately and how many marketing efforts have you seen regarding their NFT launch and afterwards.

That’s ok, OP already updated the title as SOLVE and technically Rollbit did a great job on handling that situation which I think can’t ruin its reputation after all. That was just a normal process I think if you are going to withdraw Big money, because Money laundering is still big concern by many sites and the delay is expected to happen even if you qualified for a KYC.

And OP is thinking of not playing here again because of the delay, the delay is not even three days some casinos take a week or more if it's a big amount, they should understand that there are steps to take for casinos when it comes to big amount anyway the issue has been, it's up to him if he don't like to play anymore but its still worth playing in Rollbit.

This is perfectly understandable since I am sure every casino would do the same thing in such a situation. Nonetheless, it was fixed now so I am not sure if the user should actually be "sad about the situation" at all? If nothing else, I'd be more than happy to know that the withdrawal of such a large amount was made possible within such a short period of time. About 20 hours of waiting isn't really that long.

I saw the thread that the guy made and it's just completely unreasonable in my opinion to expect Rollbit to pay out such large wins so quickly.

@Rollbit i think you did the right thing. As a business you do have to protect your bases in case there was some sort of exploit, and it's industry standard to do so.

I don't think he's very lucky because he already wrote the another casino he played can give instant withdraw for high roller. He will be very lucky if he can got paid in 1xbit the chance will be 0.0000001% for this scam casino want to paid 32 BTC.

I dont see any problem with their payment, what you need to know is that not all casino can do huge withdrawal instantly. There are some cases that may make the casino need to verify bets and some other things before releasing the withdrawal request. Your withdrawal seems to be fine as you got it in no more than few days.

He worried the same problem happened again because he considered as a whale player while Rollbit always checks withdrawals over 10BTC
I guess Bigshitroll is a new player in Rollbit so the withdrawal is always checked, examination can be excluded if he is a regular player who plays like that
