Yeah they won't help in this case because you are simply violating the casino terms whether intentional or not and he himself has admitted and now expecting Rollbit to behave normally.There is no accusations or something like technical problem as it's clearly violation of rules in which nothing much can be done.

Yeah they won't help in this case because you are simply violating the casino terms whether intentional or not and he himself has admitted and now expecting Rollbit to behave normally.There is no accusations or something like technical problem as it's clearly violation of rules in which nothing much can be done.

There's always hope for betterment and if he negotiate his problem without creating any trouble with Rollbit then maybe they give consideration about his issue.
