I understand Rollbit is reviewing your account related to sports bets.  This seems pretty standard - many gambling sites will look closer at accounts with a lot of action on sports.  No need to stress too much and  if you've done nothing sketchy, it should get cleared up.  Rollbit has a good reputation overall, so I'd expect them to be fair and reasonable here. 

The review, investigation takes time and if it is an escalated process, it will take more time to handle it carefully without mistake. The user can wait for an official response from the team later and I believe when the team release their conclusion and answer to the user, it will be a final one.

They have good business and reputation so they will not want to make mistake to harm their reputation and business.

Just hang tight for now.  The review may take some time, but if your conscience is clean it'll probably work out fine in the end.  Try to be patient - getting worked up over it wont help move things along.  Hopefully you'll get an update from them soon.

I agree with you. Waiting for the response, and in the mean time, let's stay calm. If the case is on the user, he will receive money when the review is finished. Creating many complains wont' help anything because the root is at the account and bets, not complains.

i got scammed for 500$ and my account banned plz help here whats happend..


What happened:: long story short i got tipped 500 from someone . went to the withdraw page try to withdraw and my account got locked and banned..
after this  they said they will open my account to kyc.
i did kyc as they ask and they said i was banned before there so they banned me again. now i never was banned before there i think one of my famliy member was but i am not in touch with him anymore..
my id and everything i provided to them was never in rollbit and i never got banned or anything. also i did played there and did a few depo and lost them all. but the secend i try to do my first cashout i get banned and the 500 gone from the balance and their support said nothing to add here and ignore me and they dont reply no more.. i just want to be able to play on rollbit and get my money back i never did nothing wrong!.

the 500 was a tip from a buddy people can tip each other on rollbit.. so he did and i try to cash and well got banned and money gone funny i did kyc as they ask and still banned

I feel strange that if you and the sender of tip knew each other, it is safer and better for the sender to send it directly to your Bitcoin address, not to your Rollbit account.

buddy my brother got banned for some reason idk and i would like razer to check why he did .. and i send them my id and my driver license and i did live camera to prove everything..
but im still banned..

Any chance your brother used the same wifi network or even device to access his Rollbit account, just like you did?
If he did, then they (Rollbit) believe that you are the same person. Most casinos prohibit multi-accounting, especially if one account was banned. Good luck convincing that he was your brother and you are you.

It looks like this thread is infested with customer complaints recently which doesn't really paint a good picture for Rollbit regardless of whether the complaints themselves are genuine or not.

They need to minimise these complaints within this thread by addressing them through some team member now and then at the very least if you ask me.

I got my money finally. It took them 3 days, with no explanation what so ever. I see the guy above me is next in line for being treated like crap.

Well, this is when things start to seem a little far-fetched.  Your brother that you haven't talked to in months just happens to be gambling on the same online casino site as you, from your parents' house? I gotta say, that sounds kinda unbelievable.  I mean you can see why it comes across like a made-up story and  and I bet that casino has some pretty high-tech ways of catching people trying to sneak back on after being banned that you'd never even think of.  If they already blocked you once, its probably better not to push your luck making new accounts - eventually, they'll figure it out again.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but the way you laid it out raises some red flags from an outside view.  Could be there's stuff going on you didnt mention.  I mean, I used to play at Rollbit pretty often and this is the first time hearing something like this.  There were definitely some players on lucky streaks who were generous sharing part of their winnings with folks in chat, but never saw anyone randomly tipping strangers 500 bucks and  you gotta have some screenshots or something to prove it, no?

I think we are now starting to see a clear picture as to why your account was flagged in the first place. Most casinos record a lot of sure data including IP address, Device ID, browsers used etc, So why wouldn't a casino connect two accounts if they use the same IP address? You sort of can't blame them for that.

Wake up, we are not living in 19 century anymore, and $500 is not big money anywhere.

In some places where the cost of living is still low, it is sort of still big even after the recent inflation rates.

I am sure that I have seen people with just 10k or few more, to end up tipping that much, because they got happy. I remember one guy who won 11k, he had 200 at the start, and he tipped the added 1k and withdrawn 10k.

This rain type of thing just gets you liked by people, just think of it this way, you can basically be anyone you want, and if anyone ever says anything bad about you, the whole public will protect you and defend you. This is why I think we should consider the situation to be profitable for the person who tips if they are going to do it long term. Obviously, another approach would be just assuming that he is very rich, which makes sense of course and could be considered to be something nice.
