Most likely this would be similar to a options trading where you do need to guess out the possible price of the market of bitcoin in a specific period of time been set.
I have seen this one on gambling site but I did forgot the name but the concept of trading gamified system then this is surely the set-up.

You don't need but some gamblers might need it. If they want to bind their bet amount in $, that calculator is what they need. It depends on their responsible gambling control: betting with a max amount in BTC or in $. I mean, they self-restrict their max bet very responsibly.

Rakeback is almost the same in all casinos, it is based on your wagered amount and the house edge of the game you play.
