Which is better: Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain?

Instead of comparing which one is the best, we better think about which one is more efficient for us to trade, and of course if we look at the fees, of course it would be better to trade on BSC because on the BSC platform the fees given tend to be cheap because they use cheap BNB but not all tokens in BSC also have low fees. BNB is still much different from Ethereum, for me it is more feasible to trade on the BSC platform for now, but if the et fees are low, I might use both platforms.

Now things are a bit different because we have BSC growing so big, however that wasn't the case just few months ago, back in early 2021 or a bit before that BSC was empty land and that is the reason people still preferred paying 40 bucks on ethereum gas fee over investing into anything in BSC because there wasn't anything to invest. So when one place have 500 projects in it and other has maybe 10 at best, you know that you are willing to lose money on each move, you limit your moves but you still took those.

However these days it is getting a bit different, ETH has lower gas fee once again, not as cheap as BSC still but getting there, and meanwhile BSC has a ton of projects, maybe even more projects than ETH at this point. So it is a bit of a confusion, it is not simple and it will never be simple but it is still a very fun thing to compare and it is never a clear answer for many people.

If we talk about Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain then these two protocols are equally good and it is difficult to say which one is better. But in my opinion, for now I feel that BSC is better than ETH. For several reasons, firstly BSC fees are lower, secondly BSC transaction processing is faster, thirdly BSC claims that they are more secure, and fourthly BSC is powered by Binance, a very popular exchange platform.

I slightly disagree with you, i prefer to use Ethereum blockchain than Binance smart chain.
Now the price of ETH gas fee is very cheap, people will be using ETH blockchain more than Smart chain.
Ethereum is more decentralized than BNB because ETH can be obtained by mining (more decentralized because anyone can mine the coin),
on the other hand BNB can be obtained by become validator on the network which is more centralized.

For me, binance smart chain can't be compared to Ethereum cus Ethereum is better, Reasons binance smart chain got so popular today is because of the scalability issues which threatened the Ethereum network for over a year which the resulting effects was extremely high transaction fees.
This caused many people and project(both new and old) to go looking for an alternative and this was how binance smart chain was born, even till now, there's still far more smart contracts built and still running on Ethereum than I think binance smart chain can ever handle.
People prefer binance smart chain cus fees on the network are cheap, but let's imagine binance smart chain gets to accommodate the kind of load Ethereum is currently holding, will fees still be cheap on the network???
Ethereum is better cus it offers high level of smart contract security, it's fully decentralized, binance smart chain is partially decentralized, anything, and I mean anything that can be coded, be it NFTs, centralized and decentralized apps, games of any kind, can be built on Ethereum network, I doubt about other networks.

BSC and ETH are two good platforms in my opinion, but both have very striking differences in terms of transaction costs that occur today, the presence of BSC makes some developers who used to use the eth platform a lot now prefer to move to BSC because of the convenience offered by bsc in terms of transaction fees is much smaller than that on the eth platform, even so, the bsc platform still will not be able to kill the eth platform because clearly in this case the eth platform is more able to capture value and return it back to the ecosystem, either through ETH payments Miners or future validators, as well as ETH holders under EIP1559, or a more decentralized implementation of smart contracts, whereas bsc is also capturing value, but doing so solely for Binance and BNB shareholders so far.

BSC is good network but if you active trade and sent coin BSC network ever failed when BSC is not working well, never have any bad issues or not working anymore with ERC network just have higher fees only, I think more recommended with ERC network than BSC and now ERC have lower fees and looks the same with BSC, now BNB have lower price and many investor move again to ERC network.

Agreed, BSC has lower fees but the network is not as well developed and have come across issues when the network had high traffic. Main issues I had on BSC is when trying to cancel transactions that the whole system was compromised. This is not the case with the ETH network which it is true does come at a higher gas fee.

We must believe it, BSC is better than Ethereum blockchain in the current situation. Both blockchain are totally the same, even private key work on both blockchain. If its jusg the price that we would evaluate both of them already have significant price for an investor to have interest.  You should be looking at how platform is compare to the other because both have the disadvantages that we could enumerate like the tps and congestion.  I would say Eth will still be a better platform becuase its not run by a company.

well, it's true that both are pretty good, it's just that both are still really affected by the bitcoin price. personally, I might be inclined towards the BSC. however, if the opportunity arises, I might as well hold onto ethereum. after all, the two coins are the top coins. many people see the same potential in both coins.

i check the eth fee now and your right that its going back to normal .
lets hope that it will continue to decrease so that eth can gain back the costumers that it lost but we cant also say that binance smart chain will go down easily because defi is still verry hot and more defi projects in the bsc network are coming out .

ETH has a long proven history of high security.  Is the heart of most altcoin projects can start.  BNB emerges as the top exchange in general and their BsC still needs time to prove complete, the bottlenecks and security holes have covered the transaction speed.  Of course, users want the performance integrity of a blockchain, and the two will compete for that.  For me, ETH is number 1.

many people will answer that currently bsc is better than eth because bsc transaction fees are lower than eth at this time. but for me both have their respective advantages and disadvantages. so that I will choose one of the two according to the conditions I need. because I am a bounty hunter who accepts altcoins from bsc and eth. so I need both.

for me, ethereum is still better than binance smart chain...

I'm new to using BSC because a few months ago the ethereum fee was very high. I found many weaknesses of BSC such as our address which can send its own token in the trust wallet. other than that, ethereum already has more transactions, so entering the LP on uniswap is more profitable.
