A quick thought on how to help/save bitcoin.

Just a thought, We have all witnessed how just a tweet from a top individual in society can influence the price of bitcoin. We have also seen many people tweet about something so much, it becomes a trend and something popular that almost everyone hears about. This has got me thinking; if we all collectively pick a day or a period of time and all agree to tweet, post and create a trend about bitcoin that will last a while on twitter or any other social media platform, will this help the current price of bitcoin get to a higher ATH?

It's a pretty great thing maybe but I don't think it will fit in Bitcoin and maybe it doesn't even need it at all, and all of the hype from tweets is just manipulation and hypes.

Without the demand, I don't really think it is going to work because most of the people are just gonna buy and then sell at a pretty rough timing so it's like a pump and dump thing.

But it could actually work depending on the tweet message if it is something that is positive or just not kind of positive news about bitcoin.

Collective tweets from a big group to push or advertise bitcoin can at least give Bitcoin a positive view but it would give a maximum impact if the tweet is coupled by demands on the market.  This is what we called hyping with "evidence".  Tweets may lie but the trade result on the market won't, even though it is manipulated.   So I guess action (market push) coupled with words (collective tweeter hyping) can possibly help BTC to reach its new ATH.

I don't think so, creating a trend on Twitter might bring a significant change to the current price of bitcoin but it doesn't mean it will lead to a new ATH. Moreover, we should take into consideration the other factors which mainly affects the market value not only social trend.
