Please bear with me if I cannot make you understand few things but it's all in the link I shared. So let me confirm all the things here step by step and you can see the link screenshots and can see the relevance:
1. I asked for a withdrawal from Cloudbet on the 12th of March for 25086 USDT which they haven't sent me and indeed blocked my account( screenshot of withdrawal requests are in the link that I shared).
2. They asked for verification documents that I sent immediately to them and they told me that they wil investigate my account/s and give me a decision(also in the link provided)
3. They asked me about any other account if I used and I told them about any account or accounts that I ever used on 15th March.
4. Since then I have only received replies which are kind of automated ones(on the emails - screenshots in the link)

As far as things in my knowledge I can give you these details and am trying to do everything to show people what misjudgement or negligence am going through. Please help me with this case as the money was my hard earned money and am really frustrated that I still don't have anything from it.
Also my deposits with them are about 42000 USDT AND 3.54 ETH which I lost and I recovered 25086 USDT which I tried to withdraw but they are still holding my withdrawal even after 40 days.

mostly (from your email communication) they repeat the same thing, "your account is under review and be patient"
Also if I understand part of your communication with their support correctly, they told you here that everything was fine and that your transaction was ongoing? (It will be fine if you can confirm the date of this chat) I have singled out only two pictures from
your album which seem important.

have they ever invoked this rule and that perhaps the reason for stopping the payment is that it is your second account?
For reference, I quote below your explanation, why you have two accounts here, I can't see a problem until you abused the possibilities through two accounts.

You wrote these things here but did you also write that I informed you already that I was unaware of the terms regarding accounts and after I received your email regarding the multiple accounts and informing you about my accounts that were irregularly opened? Its all in the album that I shared above and anyone can see the conversations that I had with you I don't have to hide anything because I have always played fair. Now regarding what happened let me explain in detail which I have mostly explained you on the email conversations:
1. My first and only account that I ever used till 15th FEBRUARY 2021 was the date after which I lost the 2FA for it.
2. Being unaware of multiple accounts Terms I made the other account (irregular one as your terms say) was created and used from 21st Feb to 5th March 2021 and was made through facebook and the deposits in that account are about 38000 USDT and 3.54 ETH and one withdrawal of around 7700 USDT. This was through facebook login. Never used it after 5th March 2021. PROOF below:

I have seen cases like these when someone is unaware and you tell them as your terms say that ALL BETS OF IRREGULAR ACCOUNTS WILL BE VOID (loosing or winning) and you refund the deposits. In that case as I have given you the facts and everything you desired by March 16th aren't you taking too much time? If I seek or you give me my deposits also then my deposits in the irregular accounts as termed in your Terms are about 42000 USDT plus 3.54 ETH and one withdrawal of around 7700 USDT(IN THE TWO IRREGULAR ACCOUNTS OPENED UNKNOWINGLY ABOUT THE TERMS). I just know that I have played and mostly lost so atleast am eligible for my winnings here otherwise my deposits are far more than the withdrawal am seeking(which is my own winnings)
Also note that as any new account was created and used the old account was never ever used again as I couldn't access the last one..
I am going to tag them until they give a concrete explanation of what is going on here. on their trust page, I see several neutral feedbacks from DT members revised from the negative because of false accusation. that is why it is important to hear what is happening on their part.
In the end, if there something against the rule by your side, they should need to allow you to withdraw at least that part of the money which you are deposited there.
