Complaint :-

The first support staff made me feel that she was not doing anything instead having fun

The next one asked for bet I'd before even giving the I'd , he closed the chat. 

What a customer support observed

Money does not matters much but the way the support is dealing to simple requests is pretty joke & underhand practice , why not say directly 2 days or 3 days , instead saying you should give bet I'd and closing chats mid way or making customers realise that they have no reason to place big bets

Should be looked into seriously

Getting lame reply " passed on & still nothing happens after 12+ hours

I would have waited even a week but the way my chat was closed mid way it made me come here and post the experience ,

Usually Cloudbet is very fast with the settlement of bets. Maybe the event is not completely finished or you choose a difficult market, where it is not easy to get the result? Like betting on ball percentage in football for example. That can be tough if the result is 51-49%

I run a crypto gambling rankings portal, and have cloudbet very highly rated near the top, but this may change if you dont sort this out quickly, because:
i got suckered in, previously my small 100 dollar withdrawals were instant, so i believed this would be the case.

Stake looks better and better every day, not sure why i stray sometimes..

still have not received this, it is still pending and i am still able to cancel it (note to cloudbet, i will NOT cancel it, if thats your game)
36+ hours for payment of a losing deposits is UNACCEPTABLE. live chat always says the same thing, that they will nudge payments team or something, but nothing happens.

Transaction fees are high these days and everyone knows this. There is no point complaining to the site about this issue because it is beyond anyone's control. Cloudbet is not charging any extra fee so i would ask him to relax and do not play if he can't afford these fees.

I reckon that this might be the best time for sportsbooks to begin promoting other cryptocoins for lower fees for its users. Bitcoin’s mempool has never been this consistently high and transactions consistently expensive before. There is no fix for this except less usage.

How can be paying the transaction fee of 0.00054240 btc is anything related to scam. This is very less fee as compare to other sites which charge much more for withdrawals. I think he has lost at cloudbet and is frustrated upon his loss.

After being away from Cloud for a couple of years I got in on the action again last week.

Did some sports betting for a couple of days with some luck and it was time to press the withdrawal button.

Expected "something" when withdrawing after such a long time away, but after 4 hours the withdrawal was processed without any hassle. (Verified my account back in 2019)

The $30 fee is hard to swallow, but can easily be avoided by using a different coin.

We have exchanges and gambling sites who ask much higher withdrawal fees which is unwarranted and i do think that these exchanges and gambling sites have a higher transaction fees to get rid of dust transactions. You cannot call them scammers but to ask for a higher withdrawal fees when the withdrawal fees is not that high is not helpful for small gamblers or traders.
