What a fucking condition to pay your own funds from an exchange. They paid you half of your funds and will pay if only you make a post on this forum, am I right? I know you are worried about your funds and you want to take out your funds from there. But I will ask them a question, was that on Livecoin's Terms & Conditions that 50% of your portfolio will be paid after creating a thread on the forum? It simply means their intention isn't good. They don't have the right to force anyone force making a thread on the forum to get a withdrawal from their Exchange.

Anyway, you are lucky if they proceed with withdrawal after seeing this thread. It was your mistake to make deposits on Livecoin, so you have to suffer as well.

I am surprised that the Livecoin exchange is having trouble whether it will shutdown? Honestly, I only know now about Livecoin info because I haven't known exchange livecoin for a long time after many problems and accusations in this forum.

Is there a guarantee that the remaining 50% will be paid after this post? actually I am a little doubtful about this exchange because the rules are still not profitable for users, what about small users they will not accept because of the high ETH network fees, this is ironic and they will still have a lot of balance to close this exchange which will not be paid.

If you go to their thread on Exchanges, you'll see a lot of newbies posting the same thing. I have a thought that they really are doing it when a newbie explained it on that thread and that's the condition they need for users to withdraw their funds but I'm now doubting it just like how I doubted it when I've seen it for the first time and just don't send your kyc to them if they're having that condition.

it is an old SEO method and backlinks previously created for livecoin are used to bring web traffic to the second domain. All new promoters like OP, share it here and in other places, just to get new visitors to his second website.
livecoin.net now definitely was not under the control of his first owner.

Based on http://livecoin.news/, their announcement website said.
"Dear clients, we have done accepting applications for payouts. New applications submitted starting from 18/03 are not accepted. All received applications will be processed"

Probably those applications that didn't submit beyond that date will only receive 50% fund replacement and there might a task to follow before they will receive, just my assumption.

Obviously, you don't know anything about Livecoin exchange. This exchange is hacked (at least that's what they claim), his customers were left without their money.

So they are doing this so they will have more deposit and prove that they are now paying, this is not how a good and reputable exchange acts, they will apologize and not ask you to do something in exchange for giving you your own money, I still will not trust this exchange and I recommend others to do the same.

they are a bad people, they are not acting in a way that they are responsible for their mistake. according to them, they are not going to pay people who have $10 in their account because according to them the ETH fee is high, but it is worth saying that when they are an exchange and know that there are many altcoins with low rates that would easily allow them to pay $10 that people would have on their exchange.

this shows how urgent it is for exchanges to put on TOS how people will look if one day exchanges are something of hackers, at least it will let people know which exchange they should not use because they will not be compensated on the day of an eventual hack

Believe me, they are not going to refund anyone. I'm not sure why they are doing this after they shut down their service, but certainly it's not going to be something good. Probably, they are just buying time and trying to figure out how they can scam more.
In any case, they should not be trusted and I would like to see the op posting the refund transaction ID or any valid proof as suggested by panjul!
