Guys I have no doubt about XRP anymore because hours ago ripple already net themselves an early victory in court as we speak, hehe
court granted Ripple access to U.S. SEC documents so don't even think that XRP just surge for 1$ for no reason sake

We will see that, it's too early to say ripple is a winner. The price is surging a lot but it could be bounced back again. I will try to read that news and it seems like the final decision is not yet taken by the court, right?
In my experience, if ripple is having so many shillers that were spreading so many buzzword.
I heard that coinbase will try to re-list this coin but it's not yet confirmed as well.

Honestly if something bad were to happen to XRP it would have been when the SEC announcement was released, I expected XRP to have just slowly fade away but today it's still standing, if that doesn't say anything to you then I don't know what will, XRP is winning, the project will be pardoned one way or the other

I don't know what made this happen.
but it proves something strong is there in the XRP market. they try to restore the confidence of their investors. traders no longer need to be afraid to trade XRP in the market anymore.
but it all will depend on how the final decision.

And then the price goes down to sub $1.00 and many for sure have taken profits, specially those who have bought it when the price is still cheap.

I still remember when it surged to $0.74 before and they thought that it will go to $1.00 then suddenly the SEC case against them. So I would say that the sell off was just delayed, although this time with the current goes news, it might bounce back again and I wouldn't be surprised if the price goes more than $1.00 with the next round of pump.

They are dealing this case properly, and if they really won on this battle you can expect a new all time high with XRP.
Though I'm still doubt because of this, but its all about how much risk you're willing to take and congrats to those who support XRP since then, its slowly coming back from a big downfall, more to go. Just keep your eyes on XRP because its still a volatile coin, it can easily go back below $1.

yes, I think many have left XRP. but those who have survived to this point have benefited much better. I am sure they are still waiting for their side to win. although it is still just hoped I think the community that has generated their market is good enough.

For a long time the XRP exchange rate fluctuated between 3,200 and 3,500 Sat. After the recent rally, it now stands at 1643 Sat, which is more than 50% lower than the previous levels. And the biggest comedy is that even this level was attained due to the ongoing altcoin rally (which seems to be running out of gas) and I don't expect XRP to stay above 1200 Sat for the next few weeks. There is 2 hypothesis about this xrp bull run :
1. It is just bull trap created by whale and give them a chance to cash out.
2. There is something what we dont know about sec issue, maybe XRP will win the court againts sec ?

I know USA is not the only country that xrp can be used, but if it is banned there it will cause the armmagedon for coin.

XRP has lost all the reputation and good will - not that it had much anyway ever. People tended to confuse XRP, which never had any realistic use or at least was not different from a privately issued currency with XRP Enterprises which had a bit of work -  again, not that it was  much - with some institutions. A currency living on "maybe" news cannot keep up the pace with true crypto.

I was surprised to see ripple jump that far and now selling with good price at $0.94 , this is good for hodlers and I'm sure that dies waiting for this moment to take the exit door are already doing that. If the ripple legal team are now granted access to SEC document, it is certain that they are doing a great job. They are going to press harder with the document but my worry is bitcoin is already dropping. Ripple would have taken the full ride if bitcoin was volatile at the moment but we keep eyes to how it moves with the suit.

What we see is just a proof that we cannot totally guess what will happen in the next day, next month or next year. Showing it again in the list is a good sign that it will boost up into high level which makes people want to have it. Lucky to those who keep XRP, their most awaited day will surely come soonest.

XRP has been creating a new ATH but it's dumping again. XRP needs a major news to break $1 again soon and if there will be no major news and the price will go down again.
