Yes after this news price is increases too much so XRP investors gets their capital back. i was again invest on XRP after see this news.and price is incress too much after publish this news.but price can $1 if come some hot news.

There is 2 hypothesis about this xrp bull run :
1. It is just bull trap created by whale and give them a chance to cash out.
2. There is something what we dont know about sec issue, maybe XRP will win the court againts sec ?

I know USA is not the only country that xrp can be used, but if it is banned there it will cause the armmagedon for coin.

Fundamentally, nothing has changed. XRP is only rising because there are rumors about a relisting on Coinbase. The downside risks are still greater than the opportunities for gains. XRP is still not a long-term trade for me.

What is so special in Ripple accessing U. S. SEC document?  For sure Ripple needs to access them for examination to look for possible leeway for them.  As of the XRP surge, I don't think that is the reason why XRP is surging.  Possibly some sleeping whale wakes up and plays with the market again.  The reason why XRP is surging now is more on the Coinbase relisting I guess.

I'm still amazed how this coin manage to tie up with some decent companies and be able to increase the market prices (with a huge volume available in the market) given the current situation with their case now. Though I'm holding few of this coins, I'm still torn between buying or wait for more updates just to make sure.

I believe their battle with SEC is not yet over. Holders should keep their eyes open as XRP is not fully finished with this trial. But such news will give positive hope that this platform may still move forward. If they will truly surpass this issue, XRP will no doubt increase its value in the market. Waiting also for the SPARK token airdrop distribution from all XRP holders last year. Participated but haven't seen any news now.

Can't see the finish line yet, so the issue still remains but the good thing is that XRP did the pump despite this challenge. Well, I'm not sure about $1 soon, can't disclose that anyway but just not to expect soo much for this as XRP price is still in control by its developers. What wanted to see is that XRP will have to win the issue and giving the hopes for every holder that their money won't be lost.

I already sold my XRP last year, I didn't buy it back but could be possible in the feature once everything is cleared. But I was happy to see a huge price improvement.

There is a lot of positive news now about Ripple, so it is only natural that the pump price is quite high. I admit I mistakenly thought XRP was
not a profitable coin for investment. But still have a high risk of investing in XRP today, besides the price is too high to buy. The court's decision is
also not final yet on XRP as the winner. So it's safer to just monitor XRP first, don't rush into making a decision to invest in XRP right now.

Finally, after several months of waiting, XRP is back and getting higher and higher prices again. I am not sure what makes this increase significantly. However, whatever the reason, finally I can sell my XRP above the price when I bought it.  

After the problem with SEC, XRP is really down and likely very hard to rise up again. However, That's it now, and hopefully, XRO can really have a better increase again.

Well, the SEC lawsuit against XRP is enough to keep people from it due to afraid of massive dump to the ground and that's why many people also not buying it and instead selling their XRP asset.
However as many people have said, buy low sell high means buying when people are in panic selling which most of people not gonna due because too affected by emotions.

XRP issue has not been resolved and BTW some people were spreading their speculation about ripple and the market was FOMOing such rumour. that's why XRP surges a lot since the rumour already talked by any crypto communities and the rumour about re-listing of XRP was also creating more people to FOMO.

No, it's not fully over yet but it's almost there. 
They are granted to access SEC documents to prove about the unregistered security offerings.
This could end up to be an attack from SEC. Just my own assumption. But. if they can prove that fact then the value of XRP could even explode than just $1 per coin.
Price surge could also be because of investors coming back after a big dump since the alleged complaint.
They put a big scar against Ripple but at the end it made them stronger. Bad move for SEC.

People are way too excited about something that is 70%+ under the ATH price in a period when things are making superb returns. Do you realize the fact that XRP made just 5x increase in the past nearly 500 days whereas most coins made x15+ returns? I mean I have seen one coin make bigger return in a week, chilliz made bigger return in a week recently than XRP did in 500 days. Why are people still so much in love with this coin?

I mean we know it is centralized, we know just 2 people profit from this, we know they print sometimes, we know they are investigated by SEC and basically we know this is just the worst method crypto currencies could be used for and somehow people are still trading this. XRP should have been so much lower, it shouldn't even be a coin in top 25 if you ask me. In any case, I did my warning, if people still want to invest they can go ahead.

XRP will never lose its reputation despite of the said lawsuit case. The developer/s of this coin will find its way to remains XRP on the market which I think that is what it's happen now. It gradually having a rally but that was not because people are investing this which increases the demand, it could be just the market is in hypes and XRP price manipulation takes place. So if we are investing this coin (in particular), neither to expect that  it becomes x5, x10 just like the others, that is because it is centralize project and it never happens ever since that it having like than.

I already see a bull run the moment bitcoin hit a new ATH and it continues to rise until $60k.. XRP is a major coin but it's not dominating the market, it's bitcoin. XRP may have reach $1 but what's important to know if it can sustain that pump, if its just a short term, then probably it's not a real bullish run for XRP, let's wait until it break its current ATH.
