This could explain the recent surge we saw in the price of ripple but people that are invested in ripple should not be overconfident, this just means that now they have a better way to defend themselves and plan a strategy against the movements and accusations of the SEC, the demand is still there and they can still lose it, so this early victory just means they won a battle but they have yet to win the war which means the price of ripple can still collapse overnight.

So far, only the Justice of the Peace, who is considering the SEC lawsuit, has allowed Ripple Labs access to SEC documents that explain the SEC's "interpretation and views" of Ethereum and Bitcoin. Thus, the question will be raised why the SEC does not consider them securities, but ripple classifies them as securities. The SEC now has a lot to explain in relation to different views on cryptocurrency. This will be a very useful litigation for cryptocurrency. Perhaps Ripple Labs will eventually win this process.

Good thing if they will win because this is not just a fight for Ripple but with their win it's a victory for the entire cypto space, provided they are telling the truth. Never thought that XRP would rise as much as it is currently. It is apparent that SEC only damage the surface of Ripple and help XRP to erase novice investors. Veteran XRP lovers must collect a lot of XRP during the big dump. Buying as cheap as $0.3 is now people' dream.

I agree that for the top crypto in terms of stability, they certainly won't have an everlasting decline but what more people are concerned about is recovery time, basically we don't know how it will recover and take the right moment to make a profit, very few people make a big profit through ripple, most of whom you say are alluding to whales and some lucky ingredients. Can't believe people are this easily convinced, it is really funny. Let me explain it this way, XRP was at around 20 cents, not it is at around 1.3 levels right? You think that is good, you believe it has gone from 24 cents or so to 1.28 levels in less than 3 months so you are very happy it right? Well have you looked at all other coins recently? Ethereum went from like 150 bucks to 2k+ levels, bnb went from 15-20 dollars to 480+ dollars, there are MANY different coins that made a move like that. If you still think that there is really a good thing left about XRP that means you are really a fool, I am sorry.

I have always stayed away from XRP because who would want to buy a centralized coin, and it is centralized to a silly company as well, not like BNB which is tied to Binance but I would understand people who do not use that too. At the end of the day it is risky and it wasn't that much profitable neither.

For those hoping Ripple fails this lawsuit, you do realize they'll target many other DAs next? In court a few days ago, the SEC lawyer said that ETH and BTC could even be securities, and their previous statements don't matter.

Ripple is still growing in value and now it is above $1.3 for each ripple which is a value that ripple has not seen in years, I just recommend that people do not become complacent with what it is happening because the price could still go down as things are not resolved and could always take a turn for the worse during the next months and this is especially true if the bull market happens to end during the next months in which case the crash of ripple will be terrible.

for now to be honest i am very confused with this XRP. many people recommended me to invest some of my funds there but when I studied further about this coin there were a lot of problems in it. I don't know whether the current price increase is just a temporary pump or not but it would be better if we are even more careful about choosing coins and in my opinion for now it is not certain to be a win for Ripple.

Every coin can crash. Crashed already in the past and will crash in the future. That's for sure. That is nothing unique for XRP. The support for XRP is strong. As strong as the wind blows more and more into the SECs face. Resistance to the SEC's shady decision is coming from more and more quarters - even high up in the political arena. Ripple is supposed to be a security? That is complete nonsense. Decided by someone who immediately left the authority afterwards. Even those who don't support XRP know that this is all bullshit. XRP has pumped really well in the last couple of days because of the positive signs coming out of the court house, but this pump is more of whale pump, I have a feeling these whales are looking to dump their tokens and they need to suck a lot of people in before they start unloading it on people who bought into the hype
