1. Couldn't agree more. at least 30 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of yoga can help to boost your mind.
2. Good fruits and healthy food that at least contained vitamin B-12 could also help your brain.
3. Take a 30 minutes nap per day and sleep at least 7 hours per day proven to improve body and mind condition.
4. Take a cold shower in the morning to make you feel energized, and take a warm shower in the evening to help you sleep well.
5. Usually that's the case, but my cousin, he will feel more focused when he is studying while listening to heavy metal 😂
