I've learned that exercise regularly will help you improve and boost your minds ability so that's really a good suggestion.

But on top of all of it, the most needed for someone who's going to take those exams, the important one is to have a good sleep. This is what I've proven and tested during my school days.

I've always exhausted with my other activities during those times and can't think better if I'm lack of sleep.

1. Couldn't agree more. at least 30 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of yoga can help to boost your mind.
2. Good fruits and healthy food that at least contained vitamin B-12 could also help your brain.
3. Take a 30 minutes nap per day and sleep at least 7 hours per day proven to improve body and mind condition.
4. Take a cold shower in the morning to make you feel energized, and take a warm shower in the evening to help you sleep well.
5. Usually that's the case, but my cousin, he will feel more focused when he is studying while listening to heavy metal 😂

elementary/highschool stuff
if its a exam that has an extract/chapter. and then has questions about the extract.
DONT read the extract first.

read the questions first.
then you will know what you are looking for when reading the extract
.......
if its a 4 option multiple choice and you dont know the answer. never just randomly select 1 out of the 4
atleast try to void out 2 obviously wrong options.. it will increase chances from 25% to above 50%

because that is the biggest risk if student find bad sets of friend that will be luring them to not studying well.
This is so true.

When I was in college, I've got a lot of friends. There are those who loves to study and there are those who only loves to do gimmick, play games and have fun.

I've enjoyed with those friends of mine to play games and that's what I've brought until now.

Sounds good but the first point in my opinion should be study, study, study. Everything else is just a bonus. The best we can do is to do practice exams as much as possible.

Sounds good but the first point in my opinion should be study, study, study. Everything else is just a bonus. The best we can do is to do practice exams as much as possible.
Number 2 until 5 will be a support thing that we should have. But we can see around us that they do not have a good environment and do not eat healthy food, but they can pass exams and are still healthy.

For me, study and stay healthy will be important. The other things will be our support.

I still remember failing exams several times because I was too focused on studying and didn't keep my sleep...

most people do the wrong things before exams and study and memorize until late at night. As a result, when the exam takes place, fatigue disturbs their memory. keeping sleep before exams is really important to stay focused.
