There are 2 options.
1. Learn how to control yourself when you are gambling.
2. Not to gamble at all.

Gambling is addicting especially if you're lucky enough to win. But lets face the fact that is not going to be the case everytime we play thus we tend to lose and its up to us on how we control and limit ourselves to avoid further losses or worse become addicted.

I think not to gamble at all would be the solution if you are determine to get rid the gambling habit. It wont be easy at first but you will used to it if you diversify and focus yourself into other ativities.

I spent my time into other activities like playing online games and playing sports here in our place and that is the reason why I easily removed my gambling habits and I completely removed my gambling addiction.

Gambling is really addicting that is why before you gamble, you must know the consequences that you might face whenever you lose. As for my experience, winning in gambling makes you addicted and after consecutive wins you will suffer consecutive losses too. If you really want to remove gambling addiction, spending time into other activities is the best decision like you said.

Well, I can understand how you feel. I am not sure if I have the right solution, but something like this seems to be making the most sense. Gambling for me at a certain stage in my life was all about winning. I won't say I was addicted to it but my mind was really set on winning every bet I placed and along the line, after loosing much with few wins, it became a way for me to test my prediction skills and more fun.
