I'm always doubtful with regards to participate in many airdrops since I know it is just a free tokens which we are not sure if they really give the tokens or just collect the details of every participants purposely for the record. For me, I will give a shot once there is so potential airdrop with transparency and back up by the professional team. The project with strong team can achieve great success after the promotion using airdrops.

Airdrops of today don't have projects that are moving neither do they look like they are problem solving !

To my observation these airdrops could be after personal information, or a way to get genuine coins by using unsuspecting crypto users to shill a project to benefit the altcoins creator.

Airdrops these days are too different from the airdrops that we had last 2017. They're asking for too much information yet they're not paying their participants accordingly...

The people who organize this Airdrops ask for such personal information/data cause many a times, most of them are prolly going to be sold in the black market, which then makes it not worth it even if they are to pay the little token they promised the participants, it's more or less obvious that the number of crypto users involved in one airdrop or the other have dropped significantly down the years, time and again, it (Airdrops) has proved counterproductive, so you don't expect people to still continue with it, except those who are unaware or are just moved by their avarice.

For me, I will give a shot once there is so potential airdrop with transparency and back up by the professional team.

The thing is, quite a lot of the airdrop teams are made up of impersonators who claim that they're professionals in the field whereas they are scammers, thus it's more or less pretty difficult to tell which is legitimate, the most preferable option is to just stop participating in Airdrops.

There was a time when airdrop was very profitable, of course in the year 2017-2018. At that time many could earn a good amount from airdrop. There are a lot of airdrop coming now but most of them are worthless. Currently there are very few airdrop that are profitable but it is not easy to find those airdrop. Since I currently have very little free time, I do not participate in any new airdrop.

So yes it can be said that I have given up on airdrop.

As of what I heard on my friend I think that was last week, many people become rich only thru airdrop. Well as of now, I am not interested with airdrops unlike before that I actively search and I really took time for it because the profit was good. But lot of scam projects came along even airdrops become scam. I was very disappointed. I realized that all the time I spent were wasted and yes it is either I got a little amount of coin or the coin has no value at all so in short non sense. After that I set aside all airdrops. I am not sure to trust airdrop again due to those kind or experience.

that's why I never participated in an airdrop campaign. especially on telegram channels that use bots.
not all are scams, but most are. just be wasting our time exactly what you say.
I prefer to join coin events listed on major exchanges. such as trading events and coin staking. just try luck.

Maybe airdrop that you are participating in hasn't distributed or maybe you chose the wrong airdrop so you are working in vain, indeed the current airdrop is no longer as profitable as 2017 but I see that some airdrops still provide quite large rewards, one of which is SFP and SFUND
If you want to give up or keep looking for airdrops then all decisions depend on you

I'm still looking for airdrop, and it's not a burden, even though I often get airdrop scams. because from the start the airdrop program was not promising, but sometimes behind the scam there is always a hidden gem. so a scam problem and not a common thing. all I need to do is try my luck, there's no harm in trying. I even got 1 EGG token yesterday, which is equivalent to 8 Waves. So all you have to do is give it a try, fraud problems will occur later.

Actually I am still believing in airdrop although many of the airdrops right now are scam in which they are not giving the free airdrop of token or coin of the project but still I am still believing on those because still there are a few of legit airdrops just like om what happened on the twt token and the uniswap. Those are the good airdrops that made us believe again on the airdrops, we just need to be more picky on the airdrop that we will joined.

Indeed, Airdrops are now too different and of little real value.  Some communities have invited, and some even sent me emails about airdrop campaigns.  But honestly, it is extremely rare to earn adequate value after the airdrop.  Successful people with airdrops are now extinct

Only stupid people give up on a scam, indeed overall the scam in the crypto space is already very numerous and rampant, but that is not a reason to give up because there are still good things to follow based on what we have researched individually, so don't blame they have created a scam which could cause you to stop.

After all, many airdrop hunters have benefited a lot this season.
last year UNI gave money to its users for free.
currently, there is an airdrop on the BSC network which is very cheap and most of them can be directly traded on the exchange. although it happens only briefly, what they get they can immediately sell.
believe it or not, the airdrop community is currently experiencing very fast growth.

airdrop is just a waste of time nowadays, wherein if there's a true distribution of it through the project, your lucky enough..
 And actually even you earned some of it wherever you get it around the internet , still useless because most of airdrop are shitcoin. Unless you participate on some legit projects here in forum.

give up on airdrops? Of course I didn't do it, but now I will be more selective and sort out the airdrops that I participate in, now I prefer to participate in an airdrop which is indeed held by an exchanger or a wallet such as the SFP wallet which has indeed been proven to pay even though it has to hold or buying a number of coins required by the developer of the airdrop, from the several times I participated in the SFP airdrop, I am grateful to have gotten a number of benefits.

So do I, it's much better to check first the team behind and how useful the project might be.

The project with strong team can achieve great success after the promotion using airdrops.

And if does, those tokens will soon gain value, it will bring good profits to you.

Some airdrops are still very valuable，But now most of the airdrops are worthless or low in value. It is difficult to encounter an airdrop to make you rich.
You need to be patient to find good projects to participate.

Yeah, there are some airdrop that is still valuable, but nowadays it is very difficult to find it. I see there am so many airdrop circulating, and most of them become a scam.
Now looking for good airdrops like we search for gems in the mud, there are still some good airdrop but it's really hard to find them. Most of the coins that come from airdrops have no price at all, and in the end it will be just a wallet decoration.

I gave up on hunting for airdrops a long time ago as it wasn't lucrative anymore, but the recent news I saw about some guys getting $3k+ from an airdrop called cope which was done on a Discord group, made me realize that airdrops still pay off so recently I have been searching for legit airdrops, I found some legit airdrops on latoken airdrop group, check it out on telegram @la_airdrop.

I'd rather join NFT games where you put effort rather than going back to the lazy method and waiting for a decade for the fake pump to happen or worse, no movement at all.  
Some of them are revived from the dead and still nothing is gained.
The Airdrop season is out. I guess forks will be the only thing that will be profitable again whenever they impregnate Bitcoin.
