As far as I know, if you hold BNB in Binance, you will get new coins or tokens without doing anything. But you can stake your BNB to get the new coins or tokens for some periods. You can visit Binance to find out more about that.

Besides BNB, you can check on Atomic wallet as I heard that if you hold the coin on their wallet list, you can also get a reward. But I still prefer to use Binance to get other coins.
