All cryptocurrencies look bullish, so it's a little difficult to predict which ones are suitable for short-term investments...
my advice for $ 16k you should just invest in BTC, BNB, and Doge. only these three crypto coins that I saw had a potential of 3x-4x the current price.

Your capital is very large in my opinion, my advice is that for beginners, you can invest 50% in Bitcoin and 50% can invest in top altcoins.
Such as Ethereum, Binance Coin, Cardano, Chainlink and Polkadot. No need to be confused, just choose coins that have high volume, which
are usually safer for beginners to buy. Because coins with high volumes usually have a high demand, the chance for these coins to go up is

You can buy bitcoin for $10k, ethereum for $5k, and BNB for $6k and just hold it and not use it for trading. If you can learn the trading lesson, you can try to use a small amount from $16,000 to practice trading, and I think you can use $100 as a start. Trading can be your way to increase your coins amount or make a profit in usdt, but you still hold the other coins because you only trade for a small amount to learn more about trading. But if you do not want to learn to trade, then holding the coins will be the best for you.

They are all on the top 3 coins in the market, but I suggest to make huge share on Bitcoin, could 50% is a good idea. But never use to think and jump into trading, remember that trading isn't a joke, and you will possible lose all the money you have if you  have mistaken.  you should check the top 10 coin in the coinmarketcap if your plan is to invest with alt coin. And in fact it's probably a right time to enter while they are making a correction at this moment..


I suggest to stay away to those cheap project because it's not worth it to do on this kind of situation of market. Especially below top 10 coins in CMC.. Must focus to the trusted one which is has proof of performance just to ensure you can make profits after all.

Lol don't believe in Any advise but instead make your own research , Though you have already 16k Usd in which not good if you wanted to purchase bitcoin and wanted to collect funds quickly .

What are your plan , Long term Holding ? or just day trading ?

Best to tell us the complete details of your plan because each coin has their own goodness for investing.

If you are looking for altcoin as investment and it's better you can go for binance, polkadot, avalanche, inch or any exchange tokens.
These coins are still having a lot of chance to enter top 10 except binance and DOT coin which already entered on top 10 CMC.

You can also go for flow or something else that was developing the NFT related product.

I can suggest you only the major coins as you are a part of newcomers and based on your post and you have no knowledge about crypto.

1. Binance
2. Ethereum
3. DOT or XRP but i think XRP potentially to reach another ATH again. Do your own research and start to learn more about crypto before you wanna try to put your money in crypto.
Crypto is a high risk high return.
DYOR is a must. You must not rush to invest in crypto.

I tend to agree because the very trending token investment is on NFT gaming tokens leading by Axie infinity.  The most expensive game in blockchain that I ever heard and is the decentralized token.  I think the most promising tokens now are in gaming tokens which is very trending and everywhere there's always a gamer.

That amount is good to start to invest, but make sure you have further research before putting your money into an investment.  Because not all of them give a good ROI and it could be a hype token.

If i had those amount of money i will splitting my assets to 2 different wallet. One for long time holding investment and one for trading account. I will allocate 70% my assets to investment wallet and if you need 3 coins, i will mention ETH, BNB, and SOL. These 3 coins is great for long time holding. The rest assets i will doing day or week trading for daily profits

Those are good altcoins but a portfolio that lacks bitcoin is like it needed to be corrected at first when seen.

You add bitcoin to the budget with those coins and that's going to give you one of the best portfolios ever that you've built on cryptocurrency. Some are bitcoin only, the maximalist and they never go wrong with it.

I would actually advice against that. NFT market now is totally oversaturated and there are way too many buyers and not enough collectors. If you had participated in the early BSC and Pancakeswap NFTs you would mostly have lost money. Everybody buys thinking of rarity value but guess what? These NFTs are mostly not even rare. Pointless and valueless for the majority of them.
